No other stadium in baseball history has reached the milestone this quickly. Currently, they are only 43,290 fans shy of the 50 million mark. The team will monitor the turnstiles to estimate who the designated fan will be, and the winner will receive $50,000, a pair of season tickets for five years and a commemorative jersey.
