Fantasy Tip: Marshall's collegiate career was derailed by a torn ACL, which didn't properly heal initially, costing him most of two seasons. Marshall opened a lot of eyes at the NFL Scouting Combine and is a name to keep in the memory bank. In dynasty leagues, he might be worth one of your final roster spots.

Fantasy Tip: The 'Skins are building around Kirk Cousins, and Doctson gives Washington some nice depth behind DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garcon. Doctson might be the best all-around receiver in this year's draft. He's mature with good ball skills that could contribute immediately, although he'll likely be inconsistent with plenty of other receiving weapons around him this year. He's a late-round target in fantasy drafts this fall as a WR5.

Washington Redskins QB Kirk Cousins and the Redskins continue to talk about a long-term deal, according to general manager Scot McCloughan. The negotiations are considered positive, and McCloughan thinks a deal could be imminent. Cousins signed his franchise tag for close to $20 million on March 3. The deadline for a long-term deal is July 15.
Fantasy Tip: Cousins broke out for 4,166 yards and 29 touchdowns in leading Washington to a playoff berth in 2015. He hadn't played in more than six games before last season. Can Cousins do it again? That's the million dollar question. He should be able to put up nice numbers in the right matchups, but it's safer to draft him as a top-flight fantasy backup.

Updating previous reports, Washington Redskins CB Josh Norman's deal is actually two years in length and worth $36.5 million, fully guaranteed. He can earn $500,000 in per-game roster bonuses in 2017, and the rest of the deal is option years. The remainder of his injury guarantee, which is $13.5 million, will become fully guaranteed in March 2018.

Fantasy Tip: Norman stays in the NFC but heads to a tougher division in the NFC East. He proved he was a top-flight cornerback last year, but he'll definitely be tested in 2016 as he has to face the likes of Odell Beckham and Dez Bryant twice each. It could also be bad news for Bryant and Beckham in those matchups.
