Fantasy Tip: Helu ($3,000) could be an excellent sleeper play at FantasyScore this week if he plays, and it looks good for him if he's practicing early in the week. The Philadelphia Eagles have been pretty generous to running backs this year, and they've allowed the most receiving TDs to rushers (eight) this year.

Washington Redskins WR DeSean Jackson (shin) hasn't been the same the last few weeks while working through his leg injury, according to head coach Jay Gruden. Jackson has almost 1,000 yards receiving and five touchdowns in 13 games this year, despite dealing with injuries. Gruden said Jackson doesn't always force opposing defenses to shift their coverage, but he often times draws the other team's best cornerback.
Fantasy Tip: Jackson ($6,200) should be fine to play against the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend. In their first meeting, D-Jax had five catches (11 targets) for 117 yards and a touchdown. Expect the best to come out in him again as he faces his old team, but temper your expectations a bit, since he's probably not close to full health yet.

Fantasy Tip: Reed should be good to go, but you should be able to find better options available to you in FantasyScore this week, even with a price of $4,000.

Fantasy Tip: Reed has not done much in the passing game over the last two games and still has not caught a touchdown pass this season. Reed only costs $4,100 on FantasyScore, but owners should be able to find a better option to use.

Updating a previous report, Washington Redskins QB Colt McCoy (neck) was told by doctors that he only needs two to three weeks for the aggravated nerve in his neck to heal and that it shouldn't be an issue in the future. McCoy was placed on season-ending Reserve/Injured Tuesday, Dec. 16.
Fantasy Tip: Again, Robert Griffin will start the last two games of the season, barring an injury or benching, and is a decent option on FantasyScore at $4,200 against one of the worst pass defenses in the league in the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Washington Redskins signed LB Jackson Jeffcoat from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday, Dec. 16. The team also signed free-agent DT Isaako Aaitui (Dolphins) and re-signed LB Steve Beauharnais. LB Justin Jackson was released from the practice squad.

Fantasy Tip: Robert Griffin looks to be the start for the last two games of the season. He's worth a look at $4,200 on FantasyScore coming off a 236-yard, one-touchdown performance against the New York Giants in Week 15.

Fantasy Tip: Helu likely will regain his role as receiver out of the backfield if he is able to play. Owners probably can be able to find a better option on FantasyScore this week.

Washington Redskins OT Trent Williams' (shoulder) status for Week 16 is uncertain because of a strained shoulder he suffered in Week 15. Head coach Jay Gruden said the team will know more about his status later in the week.

Fantasy Tip: Robert Griffin III is expected to start in Week 16 and could also start the season finale if McCoy misses the rest of the season. Griffin has a favorable matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles but probably is not the best option on FantasyScore.
