Fantasy Tip: Mettenberger is currently considered the starting quarterback for the Titans, but it is not known if the team will add a quarterback during the draft. Mettenberger played well at times this past season but likely will not be more than a No. 2 fantasy quarterback most weeks.

Fantasy Tip: Dorsett posted one of the swiftest 40 times at the NFL Scouting Combine and has a chance to go in the first couple of rounds of the NFL Draft. He's likely a late-round flyer in traditional leagues, but that could improve in the right situation.

San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers is under contract for one more season, and he has expressed a desire to play out his deal. However, the Chargers might be interested in trading up to draft University of Oregon QB Marcus Mariota with the No. 2 pick currently held by the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee head coach Ken Whisenhunt was the Chargers offensive coordinator in 2013, and offensive coordinator Jason Michael was on the San Diego staff, too.
Fantasy Tip: Rivers has expressed an interest in staying in Southern California, but Nashville might be an attractive landing spot since he is an Alabama native. Either way, Rivers is expected to start somewhere, and he is coming off a nice season. He remains a Top 12 fantasy option at his position.

Fantasy Tip: Nicks has only scored seven touchdowns in the last three years, and hasn't seen 1,000 yards since 2011. He shouldn't be considered more than a low-end WR3 or flex option no matter where he signs until he can get his career back on track.

Tennessee Titans QB Zach Mettenberger is viewed as the steal of the 2014 NFL Draft by head coach Ken Whisenhunt and general manager Ruston Webster, and they view him as a poor man's version of New England Patriots QB Tom Brady.
Fantasy Tip: While the confidence the front office apparently has in Mettenberger could cause the Titans to pass on a quarterback with the No. 2 pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, Mettenberger still has a lot to prove on the field before he is worth owning in fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: It seems that the Titans are seriously interested in Mariota. If the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select Jameis Winston with the No. 1 overall pick, Mariota could very well be heading to Tennessee. Mariota is talented, but it will likely take some time for him to become acclimated to the NFL. He shouldn't be considered a starting fantasy quarterback option right away.

Florida State QB Jameis Winston will have a private workout with the Tennessee Titans Monday, April 13. The Titans have the second overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. Most analysts think Winston will go first overall to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Fantasy Tip: If Winston somehow falls to the Titans at No. 2 overall, there's a good chance they may go with him. He would likely compete with Zach Mettenberger for the starting quarterback job in his rookie season. Winston is believed to be pro-ready immediately, but he shouldn't be drafted as anything more than a weak QB2 in 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Perriman had a strong showing at the scouting combine and has a chance to be selected in the first round of the draft. Perriman probably will not win a starting job during training camp but could be a later-round option in deeper leagues because of his deep threat ability.

Fantasy Tip: Cooper appears to be fairly polished and could go in the top 10 of the 2015 NFL Draft. Wherever he lands, he'll at least be a WR4 with upside in fantasy.

The Tennessee Titans are reportedly willing to trade down from the No. 2 spot in the 2015 NFL Draft much like the St. Louis Rams did in the No. 2 spot in the famous blockbuster deal that allowed the Washington Redskins to move up and select QB Robert Griffin III in 2012. "Are the Titans interested? Talking to people familiar with their thinking, it would take a lot -- a real lot -- to move up to No. 2 and convince the Titans that it is worth giving up some potential franchise players," NFL Network analyst Ian Rapoport said. There is an increasing belief that Oregon QB Marcus Mariota will go second overall to the Titans or a team that wants to trade up for him.
