Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Kenny Bell could play a big role this year, according to general manager Jason Licht. "His skill set is best for outside. He can stretch the field. He also has the experience of playing inside," Licht said. "We see him really making a push for contributing and playing a big role for us this year. He's got upside to be a starter as well.
Fantasy Tip: Bell has a lot of work to do in order to earn a starting role for Tampa Bay, in which case he would still be comfortably behind Vincent Jackson and Mike Evans. There's a lot of offseason left, but he's more of a WR5 currently.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston will be given every chance to start in 2015. "It's pretty difficult to say with a straight face that we're not going to give Jameis that opportunity to win it right away," general manager Jason Licht told PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio. "He's the first overall pick. We think he's very advanced in terms of his ability to play and pick up schemes and concepts and learn the playbook relative to most rookies, or any rookie we've scouted in recent history. So he's gonna have every opportunity."
Fantasy Tip: Winston will be a midrange QB2 with upside in 2015.

Fantasy Tip: Pewter Report speculates the team will trade Doug Martin before the season, which means Sims will have to compete with Bobby Rainey for touches. Sims would be a solid RB2 if he's indeed the featured back. Martin's fantasy luster plummets with these intentions known, but his value will be solid if he can at least share the load somewhere else.

Fantasy Tip: The oft-injured Martin will have to compete with Charles Sims and Bobby Rainey for touches in 2015. Martin has proven to be a capable fantasy RB1 when he can stay on the field, but he's not guaranteed to take the lion's share of work. He's a weak RB2, but it might be difficult to select him there. Keep an eye on this situation in training camp.

Fantasy Tip: Winston likely will enter training camp as the leading candidate for the starting quarterback job. Winston will have weapons to work with on offense, but owners should consider him as a No. 2 fantasy quarterback in drafts next season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston was encouraged by the team to remove a photo on his Instagram account that showed him in front of a plate of Alaskan king crab legs. Winston had a civil lawsuit against him in college after leaving a grocery store without paying for $34 worth of crab legs and crawfish.
Fantasy Tip: While Winston may have been a risky No. 1 overall pick by the Bucs, he enters his rookie season with plenty of weapons on offense to at least give him a chance to be serviceable down the stretch as a weak QB2 to back up a stud fantasy quarterback.

Fantasy Tip: Winston will immediately compete for the starting quarterback role with the Bucs this summer, and his direct competition will be Mike Glennon. Winston is the most pro-ready QB in this draft, but he'll surely have his ups and downs with the Bucs in his rookie season. In fantasy circles, he's a weak QB2 in yearly formats.
