Fantasy Tip: Unfortunately for Bell, he'll probably at best be Tampa Bay's No. 4 target, behind at least Mike Evans, Vincent Jackson and Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Bell is only worth drafting as a deep flier in standard leagues.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Luke Stocker is considered an invaluable part of the Buccaneers' offense, according to tight ends coach Jon Embree. "He's a great pass protector, he's a good run blocker and he can be a threat in the passing game," Embree said. "He knows what everyone is supposed to do. There were a lot of times last year where he made things right. Maybe a play wasn't called right, or a formation, but he knew what was supposed to be done and he got it done."
Fantasy Tip: As valuable, or invaluable, as he may be, Stocker's fantasy value is next to non-existent as long as Austin Seferian-Jenkins is healthy. Stocker can be left on waivers unless one wants added depth in deeper leagues.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston can improve on his technique and accuracy because he completed only 58.3% of his passes in 2015, according to quarterback coach Mike Bajakian. "Now we're at a point where he's proficient enough in the offense where we can focus on the details of his technique, from his footwork to his release to accuracy, moving in the pocket, all those little details of playing the position are now a matter of attention for us," Bajakian said.
Fantasy Tip: Winston posted solid numbers in 2015 but ranked 32nd among quarterback in completion percentage. He should see his numbers improve if he is more accurate with his passes. Winston likely will be a backup quarterback in most leagues but can be a starter against certain opponents.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Todd Monken said he was not a big fan of QB Jameis Winston when he entered the NFL, but his opinion has changed after working with him this offseason. Monken said the passing game needs to improve under Winston because it was inconsistent in 2015. "I think from the outside you would've looked at it with all the things that were publicized in the past about him and who he is. I was dead wrong. He wants to win as much as we do. He's a competitive joker, man, he's smart, he's intelligent ... you can win a lot of games with guys like that," Monken said.
Fantasy Tip: Winston had a solid rookie season when he recorded 4,042 yards, 22 touchdowns and 15 interceptions in 16 games. Winston should be more familiar with the offense this season and likely will see an increase in his stats. Winston can be considered a low-end No. 1 quarterback in some deeper leagues but should be a No. 2 quarterback in most leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Murphy is expected to battle for the slot-receiver role in camp, but the early favorite is Kenny Bell. Murphy is 29 and hasn't done much in his career, so there's very little upside for him in fantasy. Bell could be an intriguing WR5 because of his speed if he wins the job.

Fantasy Tip: The team traded up to take Robert Aguayo in the second round of the NFL draft. He'll be a matchup play in his rookie season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie DE/LB Noah Spence has had to adjust quickly to the NFL level. Over the last week, Spence has been exposed to defensive strategy and techniques, and defensive coordinator Mike Smith has been impressed with Spence's football intelligence. Smith said that Spence will have opportunities at both right end and left end on the defensive line, noting Spence's measurements and athleticism as catalysts for his versatility.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Peyton Barber could crack the 53-man roster because of his low salary, and RB Mike James' limited impact the past three seasons. Barber was a coveted priority free agent and was lured to Tampa Bay because of thin depth at running back, and he received several repetitions during the Bucs limited full-team scrimmage sessions last week.
Fantasy Tip: Doug Martin and Chalres Sims make a solid one-two punch, but Barber beating out James, Storm Johnson and Russell Hansbrough to be third on the depth chart isn't out of the question. Barber has a long way to go before gaining any fantasy value, but he could be a potential handcuff option in cavernous leagues if he makes the roster.

Fantasy Tip: The Bucs' third receiver spot is wide open with Adam Humphries, Donteea Dye, Russell Shepard and Bell. If Bell can make a splash in camp, he could be worth a WR5 flyer in fantasy.
