Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston completed 36 of his 58 pass attempts for 405 yards, three touchdowns and an interception in the Week 3 game against the Los Angeles Rams. He rushed four times for 13 yards.
Fantasy Tip: Winston has eight TD passes, but he also has six INTs on the season. Still, he is a high-end QB2 with QB1 potential when the matchup is favorable. He is also going to be a popular addition when bye weeks start to kick in.

Fantasy Tip: Sims filled in admirably for the injured Doug Martin (hamstring), and is a solid RB2 heading into Week 4. Sims has great potential especially in PPR formats.

Fantasy Tip: Brate moved to the top of the depth chart after the team jettisoned Austin Seferian-Jenkins for his off-field issues. Despite the big game he should be targeted more as a TE2 for depth rather than as a primary fantasy starter.

Fantasy Tip: Evans was drafted as a WR1 and he has looked the part in every game so far this season. He and Jameis Winston have the potential to be one of the most potent pass-catch combos in the NFC.

Fantasy Tip: Humphries has had back-to-bac solid games, and he has emerged as the No. 2 receiver opposite Mike Evans, appearing to surpass Vincent Jackson. Humphries will be a solid addition as a WR4 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams.

Fantasy Tip: It sounds like Sims will see plenty of touches against the Los Angeles Rams in Week 3, and he is a RB2 candidate, especially in PPR formats.

Fantasy Tip: Seferian-Jenkins is very talented and a lot of people labeled him with high expectations when he was drafted out of Washington a couple of years ago. However, off-the-field issues are derailing his once-promising career. He may get another shot somewhere else down the line, but in the meantime, the Bucs will have to make do with Cameron Brate and Luke Stocker at tight end. Neither is worth adding at this point in time.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins was arrested Friday, Sept. 23, on suspicion of driving while under the influence, according to a USA Today report. He is being charged with DUI and violation of an ignition interlock device restriction from an arrest in Washington in 2013.
Fantasy Tip: ASJ has struggled to stay healthy in his two-plus years in the league, but the same character issues that dogged him at University of Washington have followed him to the NFL. This could just about do it for Seferian-Jenkins' NFL star-crossed career, sad as that might be for a 23-year-old with as much talent as any player at his position in the league.
