Fantasy Tip: The third wideout in this offense is unlikely to have fantasy value without an injury occurring. Ogletree was the favorite for that job when he was signed. "There has been a lot of improvement from Josh, and really all the offensive players the second year in the system," Sullivan said. "This time last year - it is like a foreign language - just learning the formations and the calls.
