Updating previous reports, The Associated Press reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Jon Gruden said WR Joey Galloway (groin) is a "work in progress" in his return from a groin injury. Galloway practiced on a limited basis Tuesday, Aug. 19. "He's getting better. He's not 100 percent, and therefore it's hard to play. But he is back in a limited capacity," Gruden said.

"We made the decision to do what we did, for the reasons we said we did. [General manager Bruce Allen] and the league office have that information. Again I think a lot of Luke Petitgout. I think he can come back and play, he just has to get right," Gruden said.
