Fantasy Tip: Brate is coming off a career year in which he caught 57 passes for 660 yards and eight touchdowns. The eight touchdowns were tied for most among tight ends (Hunter Henry). Assuming Brate stays healthy and maintains his starting role, he'll be in the running for TE1 status again this year.

Fantasy Tip: Evans had a monster 96-1,321-12 season last year, but he had very little help. He might not receive 175 targets again with DeSean Jackson in town. However, that addition should free up Evans more, and he's in the low-end WR1 mix in fantasy.

Fantasy Tip: Brate broke out with a 57-660-8 year last year, but there are concerns whether he can repeat that. The Bucs really didn't have anyone to throw to besides Mike Evans, who was drawing double coverages. Now they've added DeSean Jackson to open things up. So temper expectations a bit, but Brate is a low-end TE1 option in fantasy.

Fantasy Tip: Martin's status with the team is dicey, and he still has three games to serve in his suspension. He'll be an RB3 with bounce-back potential at best in fantasy drafts.

Free-agent WR Vincent Jackson (Buccaneers) hopes to continue playing in 2017, and he hinted recently he would like to do so with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. "I pride myself on being a receiver that not only can stretch the field on the outside one-on-one, but can run those intermediate routes, those third-down routes that can keep drives alive. (Head coach Dirk Koetter) is a very, very smart guy. I'm sure that he would put plenty of work in to put everybody in the best position to be successful. So, you know, there's a lot of different things I could bring to the table," Jackson said.
Fantasy Tip: The Bucs are set on the outside with Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson, while Adam Humphries has emerged as a capable slot. As such, Jackson would likely serve as the top backup to the first two and split slot snaps with Humphries. Even if Jackson returns to Tampa Bay, his days as a useful fantasy receiver are quite possibly over.
