Fantasy Tip: The good news is that Davis does not sound like he suffered a major injury, and he should be fine going forward. He’ll be a Top 10 fantasy option at his position, and early-round selection, come draft day.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Doug Martin said he feels great, his body feels good and his mind is where it needs to be as he participates in organized team activities. Martin has supposedly looked like his old self so far, making sharp cuts and catching the ball out of the backfield in one-on-one drills.
Fantasy Tip: Martin is still practicing with the first-team offense, but Charles Sims is expected to play a significant role this year as well. Considering his injury history and competition at the position, Martin should be drafted as a high-end RB3.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers OT Donovan Smith, the team's second-round draft selection, signed his rookie deal on Monday, June 1. According to the salary-cap website Over the Cap, Smith will be in line for a four-year contract worth about $6.069 million, with a signing bonus of approximately $2.674 million.

Fantasy Tip: David totaled 146 tackles and forced four fumbles in 14 games in 2014, he achieved 145 tackles, five interceptions and seven sacks in 2013 and he tallied 139 tackles in 2013, so he's proven himself as an elite fantasy linebacker.

Fantasy Tip: With rookie Jameis Winston expected to start, Glennon will be relegated to a backup role. Even if Glennon is forced into the starting lineup at some point, he would be a low-end QB2 at best.

Tampa Buccaneers TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins appears poised for a breakout season in 2015 if he can stay healthy. Buccaneers offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter appears willing to utilize his tight ends this season.
Fantasy Tip: Seferian-Jenkins finished his rookie season with 21 receptions, 221 yards and two touchdowns in nine games played. Seferian-Jenkins will be an excellent sleeper pick, late in 2015 drafts, especially with rookie quarterback Jameis Winston likely to be the Week 1 starter for Tampa Bay.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston has quickly shown a good work ethic just a few days into organized team activities. "We have to kind of tell him when to leave," head coach Lovie Smith said. Smith added that he's pleased with where Winston is at right now in his progress with the offense. "I've seen marked improvement… He's showing more and more comfort in the pocket. There's a lot you ask a rookie to do, but Jameis is picking it all up." TE Austin Seferian-Jenkins said Winston is getting better every day and quickly picking up the offense.
Fantasy Tip: Hopefully Winston can continue this pace throughout the offseason. So far, he seems to be learning quickly and succeeding while learning. No matter how much Winston learns and improves and impresses this offseason, however, it will be hard to consider him a starting fantasy quarterback in his rookie season.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers OG Ali Marpet (hamstring) recently suffered a hamstring injury during organized team activities and was held out of practice Thursday, May 28. Head coach Lovie Smith said the injury is not serious. Marpet is expected to start as a rookie this year.

Fantasy Tip: It sounds like Evans will be fine, especially since Smith added that Evans tweaked his hamstring last year. He ended up catching 68 passes for 1,051 yards and 12 touchdowns. Plus, Evans still has plenty of time to recover, not that a tweak takes a lot of time to recover from. He should be drafted as a high-end WR2 to low-end WR1.

Fantasy Tip: Martin has mostly been a disappointment since his outstanding rookie season. Sims hasn't been given a lot of opportunities to show what he's capable of as he only played in eight games of his rookie season last year. It could end up being more of a running back by committee (Bobby Rainey and Mike James are also available), but Martin needs to step up his game if he doesn't want Sims to supplant him.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Charles Sims is anxious to capitalize on his short-lived 2014 campaign when he suffered a torn ankle tendon that caused him to miss the first eight games of the season. "I was just getting in the groove and then the season was over," Sims said. "I'm looking forward to next year and it will be interesting to see what's going to happen."
Fantasy Tip: Sims is expected to play a big role for the Bucs in 2015, but he'll still have Doug Martin, Bobby Rainey and Mike James to compete with for playing time. If it wasn't such a crowded backfield, Sims could be a valuable asset to fantasy squads, and that could still end up being the case. For now, however, he's in RB3 territory.

Fantasy Tip: Sims is likely to feature very prominently in the passing game. Sims averaged 10.0 yards per reception on 19 catches last season, showing promise in an area of the game in which Doug Martin struggles mightily. Sims should be available in the late rounds of 2015 fantasy drafts, and he has the ability to wind up as an RB2.
