Fantasy Tip: This doesn't sound like a serious injury for Britt ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) and the Rams. Britt had just one target in a win last week in a tough matchup. It's tough to rely on the big receiver in point-per-reception games like FantasyScore because of his inconsistent nature and reliance on big plays.

St. Louis Rams LB Alec Ogletree (ankle) is out for Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers. S Mo Alexander (groin) is doubtful. DE Eugene Sims (knee) is questionable, while DE Robert Quinn (non-injury) and RB Chase Reynolds (knee) are probable. Alexander, Ogletree, and Quinn didn't practice Friday, Oct. 9, while Reynolds and Sims were full participants.

Fantasy Tip: Cook ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) had 85 receiving yards in the season opener, but he has managed just 76 yards in the last three games combined. Stay away from him at FantasyScore this weekend.

St. Louis Rams SS Mo Alexander (groin) and LB Alec Ogletree (ankle) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 8. RB Chase Reynolds (knee) and DE Eugene Sims (knee) fully participated in practice. The team did not practice Thursday, so this is an estimation.

St. Louis Rams LB Alec Ogletree (leg) was not placed on Injured Reserve or its short-term variation after surgery to repair a broken fibula. "It's going to be longer than eight weeks, but there's a chance for a return," head coach Jeff Fisher said. "Right now, we use the roster spot."

Fantasy Tip: Gurley ($7,000, 14.0% of cap) showed off tremendous quickness in Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals, and it gives FantasyScore a glimpse of what is to come if he can remain healthy.

St. Louis Rams RB Benny Cunningham still has a significant role with the Rams despite Todd Gurley and Tre Mason in front of him in the St. Louis backfield. Cunningham's value lies in the return game and in the passing game.
Fantasy Tip: Cunningham has much more fantasy value in leagues that reward receptions and kick return yardage. He won't see many opportunities to run the ball as long as Gurley and Mason are healthy, but he's still be active as a pass-catcher and returner.

Updating a previous report, St. Louis Rams LB Alec Ogletree (ankle) suffered a fracture ankle during the team's Week 4 game. He is scheduled to undergo surgery and may be placed on the Reserve/Designated to Return list.

Fantasy Tip: Foles did only throw for 171 yards, but in addition to the three scores, he did not turn the ball over. It was his most efficient outing of the year. That being said, he's still not a reliable starting option in seasonal leagues, although he can be a nice value play from time to time on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Austin ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) more than doubled his receiving yards from the first three games combined, and while he possesses game-breaking speed, he has yet to prove he can make an impact on a routine basis. He is still a roll-of-the-dice play at FantasyScore.
Sun, 04 Oct 2015 20:19:20 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Gurley ($4,400, 8.8% of cap) dominated the carries, and he appeared to be at full strength coming off knee surgery. The backfield should belong to Gurley from here on out, and the window to buy low on him won't last long.
