Fantasy Tip: Goff will likely have a chance to win the starting job in camp, but the Rams' offense is super conservative. They run first and throw a ton of short-yardage screens and hitches, so Goff or anyone else behind center won't have a lot of upside in 2016. Goff would be a low-end QB2 in single-year leagues.

Florida State CB Jalen Ramsey said "corner" when asked what position he hopes to play in the NFL. Some evaluators think Ramsey will move to safety in the NFL while also playing cornerback in certain coverages. "I will play anywhere a team wants me to play, just like I did in college it doesn't matter to me. I want to play ball," Ramsey admitted.

Updating previous reports, Los Angeles Rams PK Greg Zuerlein's one-year deal is worth $1.25 million with an $850,000 base salary ($250,000 guaranteed) and a $400,000 signing bonus. He can earn up to $2.05 million in incentives for field-goal percentage and 50-yard field goals.
Fantasy Tip: "The Leg" has been a fruitful fantasy option and a frustrating one as well. His offense simply hasn't put him in enough chances to score, and he has been erratic at times. He's a midrange PK option in fantasy.

Fantasy Tip: Foles could be traded at some point during the draft, so owners should keep an eye on the situation. Foles has had some success as a starting quarterback but would only be a No. 2 fantasy quarterback if he is a starter in 2016.

California QB Jared Goff is the player the Los Angeles Rams are targeting with the No. 1 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, according to beat writer Sam Farmer. Farmer said he initially believed North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz was the pick, but he said he misread the signs.
Fantasy Tip: St. Louis isnít a terrible situation for a rookie quarterback to step into, but inexperience coupled with mediocre receivers and a run-heavy offense would make Goff a low-end QB2.

Fantasy Tip: If Goff ends up being the Rams' choice with the top pick, he would be in the mix to start right away. That being said, he would be a low-end QB2 as a rookie in an offense built around running back Todd Gurley.

Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Rams RB Chase Reynolds' deal is one year in length and worth $862,000. It comes with a $775,000 base salary, $200,000 of which is guaranteed, and an $87,000 roster bonus.

Fantasy Tip: Goff and Wentz are widely expected to go first and second in some order this year, with the Rams' preferred choice reportedly Goff. Los Angeles moved up to No. 1 overall in order to draft what they hope will be their franchise QB, and he's expected to start right off the bat in Week 1. With limited receiving options for the Rams, expect their young signal caller to struggle plenty. Goff or Wentz will be a low-end QB2 option on draft day.

The Los Angeles Rams and general manager Les Snead are "97% sure" about who they will take with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. The Rams seem to know which quarterback they prefer between North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz and California QB Jared Goff. "There will be suspense leading all the way up to the draft," Snead said. "It will be good for the networks."
Fantasy Tip: It's believed that Goff is Los Angeles' preference at No. 1 overall, which could be why the Cleveland Browns are now considering trading back. Whoever the Rams' QB pick is at first overall, they are expected to have a great shot at starting right out of the gates. Los Angeles still has a pretty weak receiving unit, though, so Goff or Wentz would likely struggle plenty in their maiden voyage. Whoever is under center for the Rams in 2016, they will be a low-end backup fantasy quarterback.

Fantasy Tip: Time will tell if Keenum stays to compete with whomever the Rams draft. Traded or not traded, he's not starting fantasy quarterback material and should not be drafted as such.

Fantasy Tip: The Rams are expected to select Wentz or California QB Jared Goff with the first overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Wentz probably would be the Week 1 starter if he joins the Rams but would only be a No. 2 quarterback in deeper leagues in 2016.

California QB Jared Goff and North Dakota State QB Carson Wentz are scheduled to meet with the Los Angeles Rams leading up to the 2016 NFL Draft, according to a league source. The Rams are still believed to be leaning toward selecting Goff.
Fantasy Tip: The Rams will select one of the quarterbacks with the first overall pick and that quarterback likely will be the starter for Week 1. Goff or Wentz would not be more than a No. 2 fantasy quarterback in deeper leagues.
