Fantasy Tip: Foles did only throw for 171 yards, but in addition to the three scores, he did not turn the ball over. It was his most efficient outing of the year. That being said, he's still not a reliable starting option in seasonal leagues, although he can be a nice value play from time to time on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Austin ($3,400, 6.8% of cap) more than doubled his receiving yards from the first three games combined, and while he possesses game-breaking speed, he has yet to prove he can make an impact on a routine basis. He is still a roll-of-the-dice play at FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Gurley ($4,400, 8.8% of cap) dominated the carries, and he appeared to be at full strength coming off knee surgery. The backfield should belong to Gurley from here on out, and the window to buy low on him won't last long.

Fantasy Tip: Quick ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) was a healthy scratch for the first three games of the season but should dress for the game this week. His offensive role is uncertain at this point, so owners may want to see him play before considering him as a fantasy option.

Fantasy Tip: Britt ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) may draw a matchup against Cardinials shut-down cornerback Patrick Peterson Sunday. That doesn't bode well for Britt or the Rams offense that has already struggled through three games. The Cards are allowing the third-fewest fantasy points per game to receivers in PPR formats (24.5). Look elsewhere on FantasyScore.

St. Louis Rams DE Eugene Sims (knee) and S Mo Alexander (groin) have been ruled out for Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. RB Chase Reynolds (knee) is doubtful, while LB James Laurinaitis (non-injury) and RB Benny Cunningham (knee) are probable. Reynolds, Sims, Cunningham and Alexander did not practice Friday, Oct. 2, while Laurinaitis practiced in full.

St. Louis Rams RB Todd Gurley said he is adjusting to the team's new zone blocking scheme. "It's something new to whole offense and definitely new to me, but it's no excuse," Gurley said. "It takes repetitions, looking at other team's outside zones and learning from that, watching film with the O-line. We'll get it down."
Fantasy Tip: Gurley ($4,400, 8.8% of cap) was limited in his debut last week, and while he should eventually take over as the lead back, he needs to be avoided at FantasyScore until he is receiving a full workload.

St. Louis Rams S Mo Alexander (groin), RB Chase Reynolds (knee) and DE Eugene Sims (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 1. LB James Laurinaitis (non-injur) was a full participant. St. Louis did not practice Thursday, this report is an estimation.

Fantasy Tip: Britt ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) didn't practice yesterday, so this estimation is encouraging. He's the Rams' best receiver right now, and St. Louis could be forced to pass frequently to keep up with the Arizona Cardinals. There is some risk still with Britt, but he's not the worst you can do at wide receiver on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Owners should monitor the situation to see if Britt ($2,300, 4.6% of cap) is in danger of missing the Week 4 game against the Arizona Cardinals. Britt is coming off a strong Week 3 performance, but he will be a risky option because of the injury and the matchup.
