Sun, 02 Jul 2017 17:44:21 -0700

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin said it's "not a question" that he is going to retire as a member of the Seahawks.

Seahawks | Russell Wilson sheds weight

Thu, 29 Jun 2017 07:14:24 -0700

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson shed 11 pounds in the offseason after working with a nutritionist. He weighed 225 pounds with 16 percent body fat in March and recently weighed 214 pounds with 10 percent body fat.

Fantasy Tip: Wilson rushed for a career-low 259 yards last season after a high-ankle sprain and a sprained medial collateral ligament. It was a borderline miracle that he didn't miss a game despite those debilitating injuries. He threw for a career-high 4,219 yards with his second-best completion percentage at 64.7 percent. Wilson is a bounce-back candidate as an upper-middle QB1.

Fantasy Tip: Graham returned to form last year, and he looks locked in as a dependable TE1 heading into 2017.

Seahawks | C.J. Prosise to be worked into offense?

Fri, 23 Jun 2017 18:31:32 -0700

Seattle Seahawks RB C.J. Prosise will be used mainly as the third-down back, according to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times, but Condotta believes Prosise will also be worked into the offense to exploit specific matchups.

Fantasy Tip: Prosise is worth snatching up as a RB4 in PPR formats, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him earn enough touches to garner attention as a flex option.

Seahawks | Eddie Lacy to split carries?

Thu, 22 Jun 2017 18:37:30 -0700

Seattle Seahawks RB Eddie Lacy and RB Thomas Rawls could split carries fairly equally this season, according to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times.

Fantasy Tip: If Lacy can stay healthy, he will likely have a chance to grab the reins of the backfield, and his upside makes him worth a look as a RB3. Rawls is more of a RB5, but he is worth stashing in case Lacy goes down or doesn't perform.
