Fantasy Tip: It's getting close to crunch time for Lynch. He doesn't have the best of matchups if he does play, however, as the Arizona Cardinals surrender 68.5 rushing yards per game to the position. Lynch's $7,500 price on FantasyScore may be a little steep.

Fantasy Tip: It's usual for Lynch to rest during mid-week practices in order to preserve him for the games. He has not missed any game action this season despite being listed on the injury report every week. Lynch isn't a great FantasyScore option this week at $7,500 (or 15.0 percent of the cap), as he faces the Arizona Cardinals who own the third-best rushing defense in the NFL.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch sat on the bench while his team headed to the locker room during halftime of their Week 11 game with the Kansas City Chiefs, causing even more rumors regarding the tenuous relationship with head coach Pete Carroll and the team. Carroll confirmed that Lynch stayed on the bench due to fatigue and said their relationship is still a work in progress. Carroll admitted that Lynch is a private person but has done a great job on the field.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch's tenure in Seattle has been controversial and disruptive, but he has been a huge success for the Seahawks and fantasy teams. As long as his play doesn't become lackadaisical due to off-field issues, he remains an every-week starter in all formats.

Seattle Seahawks C Max Unger (ankle/knee) suffered a high ankle sprain and twisted knee, according to comments made in Seahawks coach Pete Carroll's post-game meeting. Carroll didn't give an estimate on how long Unger may be out, but injuries like these generally take at least four weeks to heal.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch carried 24 times for 124 yards in the Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. He was stuffed twice near the end zone by the Kansas City defense with the game hanging in the balance.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch scored four times last week, but he and his teammates were held out of the end zone. It isn't a huge surprise, as the Kansas City rush defense has yet to allow a rushing defense this season. Lynch has another tough matchup against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12.
