Fantasy Tip: Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) may see a lot of playing time in Week 5 because of the Lynch's ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) injury. Rawls has had some success in the past and could be a solid starting option for owners on FantasyScore. Fred Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) may be able to play but he is also dealing with an injury.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson has gained 135 of his 177 rushing yards this year on scrambles. He's been sacked 18 times through four games, which is tied for the most in the league. Seattle continues to look for ways to better protect their quarterback, but Wilson said he is physically fine. "I try to take care of my body," Wilson said. "I feel great today. I feel 100%. That's what you work out for all offseason, get ready for. I should have played tennis then otherwise. I'm expected to get hit every once in awhile. You go in there, and mentally you have to be ready for a physical game, and that's how we play football."
Fantasy Tip: Wilson's ($7,800, 15.6% of cap) elite scrambling ability and his ability to extend plays out of nothing are a few of the reasons why he's in a firm spot to be a solid QB1 for fantasy owners this year. However, with a shaky offensive line, it could continue to be a struggle for him to put up points. The Bengals should give him fits in the backfield, making him a shaky daily pick on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: The Bengals have been stingy on the ground, so even a limited Lynch ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) is not an attractive daily option. Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) could see the majority of backfield work again even if Beast Mode plays, but even he isn't a safe pick on FantasyScore against Cincy this weekend.

Seattle Seahawks DE Demarcus Dobbs (shoulder), CB Tye Smith (hip), CB Tharold Simon (toe), CB Marcus Burley (hand) and LB Kevin Pierre-Louis (hamstring) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 8. DT Brandon Mebane (groin), WR Ricardo Lockette (illness) and FS Steven Terrell (hip) fully participated in practice.

Fantasy Tip: Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has not practiced at this point, so he may not be able to play in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) could have a solid role on offense in Week 5 and could be a solid starting option if Jackson and Marshawn Lynch does not play.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) could be a game-time decision for the Week 5 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. Owners should continue to monitor the situation to have a better idea on his status. Owners may want a backup plan ready in case Lynch is not able to play.

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham is part of an offense that offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell wants to see everyone involved in. "We're doing everything we can to try to get everybody involved in the offense," Bevell said. "We want Jimmy to catch balls, I know you'll probably ask me that every week. We want him involved, we want him to catch balls, there's a lot of things that we ask him to do, whether it's catching, whether it's blocking, whether it's being a decoy. You can just go on and on, and we expect him to do it the best that he can."
Fantasy Tip: Graham ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) is a hit-or-miss option on FantasyScore right now, and his matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals isn't a good one. However, he's so talented that he could break out with three scores. The question is: are you willing to risk that price tag on it this week?

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) may be a game-time decision for Week 5, according to head coach Pete Carroll. "We're going day-to-day on this thing, and it will take us all the way to the end of the week before we know," Carroll said. "He did make a lot of progress last week, and was able to run around some and all that."
Fantasy Tip: Beast Mode ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) has a so-so matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Fred Jackson (ankle) is also iffy, and Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) could be a low-end flex worth consideration on FantasyScore.

Seattle Seahawks DE Demarcus Dobbs (shoulder), CB Tye Smith (hip), CB Tharold Simon (toe), CB Marcus Burley (hand) and LB Kevin Pierre-Louis (hamstring) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Oct. 7. DT Brandon Mebane (groin), WR Ricardo Lockette (illness) and FS Steven Terrell (hip) fully participated in practice.
Wed, 07 Oct 2015 17:39:34 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has not been ruled out at this point, so owners should monitor his practice participation. Owners may want to look for other options because Jackson's role could be limited even if he is active for the game.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) missed the last game and his status for the Week 5 game against the Cincinnati Bengals is still uncertain. Owners should continue to monitor his situation but should have a backup plan in case Lynch is not able to play.

Seattle Seahawks RB Fred Jackson (ankle) could play in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals, and head coach Pete Carroll is hopeful that the running back will play. RB Thomas Rawls will likely be a three-down back this weekend if both Jackson and RB Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) don't play.
Fantasy Tip: High ankle sprains typically take several weeks to recover from, so it'd be a surprise to see Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) play. Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) remains a sleeper for a flex spot on FantasyScore but beware, the Bengals have allowed just two touchdowns to running backs all year.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) remains day-to-day with a hamstring injury Wednesday, Oct. 7, according to head coach Pete Carroll. The Seahawks won't have a clear idea of whether he'll be available for Game 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals until later this week.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) will probably be questionable yet again and could be another game-time decision. With a higher salary in daily formats, he's not worth the risk since he'll likely be limited even if he does suit up. Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) should continue to be owned in traditional leagues with Fred Jackson (ankle) also likely out this week, but a matchup against a stiff Bengals run D isn't attractive.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson was under plenty of duress in the win over the Detroit Lions in Week 4 Monday, Oct. 5, and he was sacked six times in the game for the second time this season. Wilson has already been sacked 18 times this year, which is tied for the most in the NFL. He also lost two fumbles as a result Monday, and Wilson has turned the ball over nine times in his last six games. Head coach Pete Carroll said the offensive line is a "work in progress."
Fantasy Tip: Wilson ($7,800, 15.6% of cap) made some amazing plays to keep plays alive and avoid sacks Monday night and is firmly in the QB1 picture for fantasy owners this season. However, if the offensive line continues to struggle, Wilson could be on the run even more. The fact that the running game has been disappointing and Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) is injured might make it tough for Wilson to deliver on his FantasyScore price point against solid defenses moving forward.

Seattle Seahawks SS Kam Chancellor has helped make the Seattle defense much better since his return in Week 3. Since then, the Seahawks have held opponents to 18 punts, one fumbled and a field goal in two games. The Seahawks haven't allowed a touchdown in the last 18 regular season quarters with Chancellor on the field.
