The Seattle Seahawks could be convinced to trade their No. 26 pick in the first round if Memphis QB Paxton Lynch and Michigan State QB Connor Cook are available at that point. Seattle hasn't used their first-round pick since 2012, and general manager John Schneider sees this draft as deep.

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (knee) continues to recover from a torn patellar tendon suffered a game in late November. He has been taking part in the initial stages of the team's official offseason program with two weeks of strength and condition and physical rehabilitation. Head coach Pete Carroll said Tuesday, April 26, that everything is going well. The general team feeling is that Graham will be ready for the season.
Fantasy Tip: Graham is a risky fantasy play heading into 2016. He didn't put up the same kind of numbers we saw from him in New Orleans, and now he is coming off of a major injury. Perhaps for the first time in his career he isn't a surefire Top 5 option at the tight end position on draft day for fantasy owners.

Seattle Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (ankle) continues to recover from a broken ankle suffered in a game in mid-December. Head coach Pete Carroll said everything is going well with Rawls' recovery, but there is still no official timeline. The team's general feeling is that Rawls will be ready for the beginning of the regular season.
Fantasy Tip: Rawls is in line for a lion's share of the carries now that Marshawn Lynch has rode off into the sunset. If he can get back in time for Week 1, Rawls could be a nice RB2 in most standard fantasy formats.
