Fantasy Tip: There's nothing to suggest that Rawls' ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) injury is anything serious. The running back should be universally owned in all formats now that Marshawn Lynch is out for a month. With a FantasyScore salary that is now high, Rawls isn't a lock for a daily pick this week against a capable Pittsburgh defensive front.

Fantasy Tip: Baldwin ($3,000, 6.0% of cap) will play in Week 12 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers have been porous in the secondary all season long, giving Baldwin a perfect matchup to be used as a cheap sleeper pick on FantasyScore this weekend.

Seattle Seahawks LB Bruce Irvin (knee), WR Paul Richardson (hamstring), OT Garry Gilliam (ankle) and OG J.R. Sweezy (shoulder) did not practice Wednesday, Nov. 25. C Patrick Lewis (ankle) practiced in full.

Updating a previous report, Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (hernia) will return in three to four weeks after undergoing sports hernia surgery Wednesday, Nov. 25, but he could be out longer, according to head coach Pete Carroll.
Fantasy Tip: Thomas Rawls ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) will be the heir apparent for as long as Lynch is out. He has filled in splendidly while Lynch has been out this year. He should be picked up immediately if he is available in your league.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas Rawls ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) has been plenty productive with Lynch sidelined this year, and he should now be universally owned. Rawls has proved capable as a pass-catcher out of the backfield and can at least serve as a productive flex option in most formats, including at FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas Rawls ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) is a low-end RB1 consideration against the Pittsburgh Steelers on FantasyScore.

Seattle Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls is expected to serve as the primary ball carrier for the game Week 12 against the Pittsburgh Steelers with RB Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) missing perhaps the next four to five weeks.
Fantasy Tip: Rawls ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) is a solid low-end RB1 in FantasyScore after last week's game, but temper expectations slightly. He faces a Pittsburgh Steelers rush defense which ranks fifth in the NFL, allowing just 93.0 yards per game with three rushing scores, second-lowest in the NFL.

All indications are that Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) is expected to miss four to five weeks due to his abdominal injury. The hope is that Lynch is able to return to full health by late December.
Fantasy Tip: If the reports are true, Thomas Rawls ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) is a slam-dunk play in FantasyScore, not only in Week 12, but going forward for the next month.

Fantasy Tip: Owners will need to monitor Baldwin's practice participation this week to see if he will be able to play. Baldwin could be a solid option for owners this week since the Steelers struggle against the pass.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) is not expected to play in the Week 12 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The team is expected to find out Tuesday, Nov. 24, if Lynch will need to undergo surgery.
Fantasy Tip: Thomas Rawls should receive the start with Lynch dealing with the injury. He will be facing a Steelers defense that has played well against opposing running backs but should still be a solid starting option for owners.

Updating a previous report, Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) is traveling to meet with a specialist Monday, Nov. 23, after sitting out with an abdominal injury in Week 11. There is fear that he's dealing with a sports hernia, which would require surgery and keep him out for the rest of the regular season. The Seahawks had planned to have Lynch visit with a specialist even before he missed the last game.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch owners need to immediately run to pick Thomas Rawls up off the waiver wire if he's available. Rawls had a giant game in the win over the San Francisco 49ers and will be extremely valuable in all fantasy leagues if Lynch misses any more time.
