Seattle Seahawks OT Russell Okung (lung) will return to practice this week, according to head coach Pete Carroll. However, the team is uncertain about the statuses of C Max Unger (ankle), WR Jermaine Kearse (hamstring) and CB Tharold Simon (shoulder) are uncertain for Week 17 against the St. Louis Rams. Kearse appears unlikely to play in the season finale, and Simon could also be doubtful with a dislocated shoulder.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson was 20-for-31 for a career-high 339 passing yards in the Week 16 win over the Arizona Cardinals, and he was 12-for-17 for 264 yards and two touchdowns against five or more pass rushers. Wilson was 7-for-11 for 150 yards and a touchdown throwing outside the pocket and 10-for-14 for 194 yards and a TD on play action.
Fantasy Tip: Wilson and the Seattle offense are playing some of their best football as the regular season winds down, and it probably has a lot to do with the improved defensive unit. Wilson ($5,555) should be considered a midrange QB1 at FantasyScore in Week 17 against the St. Louis Rams.

Seattle Seahawks TE Luke Willson and WR Paul Richardson emerged in the team's Week 16 win over the Arizona Cardinals, and Richardson may be forced to start in Week 17 with WR Jermaine Kearse (hamstring) injured. Willson posted 139 yards receiving and two touchdowns against the Cardinals.
Fantasy Tip: Both Willson and Richardson will likely be at basement level FantasyScore prices again in Week 17, making them deep sleepers yet again. The matchup against the St. Louis Rams is appealing, too, but both players remain a shot in the dark in daily games.

Updating a previous report, Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (illness) was slowed by illness in the first half of the Week 16 game against the Arizona Cardinals, but head coach Pete Carroll said at halftime that Lynch is "good to go" in the second half.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch struggled in the first half with just four times for eight yards in the first 30 minutes, but at least he rewarded his patient fantasy owners with a rushing score. There is plenty of time left.

Updating a previous report, Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (illness) checked into the Week 16 game against the Arizona Cardinals early in the second quarter after sitting for the first quarter due to an upset stomach.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch will head into the midway point of the second quarter still looking for his first touch of the game. This isn't exactly what fantasy owners had in mind.

Fantasy Tip: With Lynch apparently under the weather, Robert Turbin started and Christine Michael saw snaps on the team's first offensive drive.

Fantasy Tip: Robert Turbin started, and Lynch was late coming to the sidelines. It is uncertain if Lynch is sick, he aggravated his back injury, etc. We'll keep you up to date.
