Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (knee) might be ready to play in Week 1 of the regular season, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Graham continues to recover from a torn patellar tendon he suffered last season.
Fantasy Tip: Graham's glory days appear to be over, but he still has some gas left in the tank. That being said, an ideally more concerted effort with the running game and Graham's injury push him into the low-end TE1 to high-end TE2 conversation this year.

Seattle Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (ankle) may be healthy enough to play by Week 1 of the regular season, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Rawls is still recovering from a fractured ankle he suffered late last year.
Fantasy Tip: Rawls will still be the Seahawks' go-to running back in 2016, assuming he is healthy. The addition of C.J. Prosise does cut into Rawls' fantasy value, though. If Rawls can stay on the field he could end up in low-end RB1 to high-end RB2 territory, but it's probably safer to draft Rawls as an RB2 considering Prosise and the injury. Prosise is not a bad RB4 option with added value in PPR leagues.

Fantasy Tip: There is always a chance Lynch could decide to return, and in larger leagues, he is worth considering as a last-round lottery ticket.

Fantasy Tip: Baldwin set a franchise record with 14 touchdowns last season, which is going to be hard to duplicate. The offense figures to rely heavily on him again with Marshawn Lynch retiring and Thomas Rawls (ankle) and Jimmy Graham (knee) coming off severe injuries. Baldwin figures to be a high-end WR2 in fantasy.

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin wants to focus on his catch rate for next season, ideally hauling in any catchable target. Baldwin only dropped two passes in 2015 while catching 78 balls, 14 of which were touchdowns.
Fantasy Tip: Baldwin was one of the most pleasant surprises in real football and in fantasy football last season, putting up WR1 numbers. The Seahawks aren't expected to pass as much as they did last season, though, so don't anticipate a duplicate season from Baldwin. He's still a solid WR2 option.

Seattle Seahawks RBs Thomas Rawls, Christine Michael and C.J. Prosise could be called on early and often in 2016, according to WR Doug Baldwin. Baldwin said the Seahawks are going to go back to the run game and not pass as much this season.
Fantasy Tip: Rawls is still recovering from a broken ankle he suffered late last season. It's unclear exactly when Rawls will return, but he is expected to be the lead back when healthy. Rawls is a RB2 candidate assuming he's healthy to start the season, while Prosise provides some sleeper intrigue.

Fantasy Tip: Based on the last communication from Lynch, he still plans to retire. However, it doesn't hurt to take a flier on him in the final round of drafts until his paperwork is officially filed.

Seattle Seahawks QB Trevone Boykin has a good shot at earning the backup quarterback position behind QB Russell Wilson, with only QB Jake Heaps with whom to compete. Head coach Pete Carroll thinks Boykin's style of play fits well with Seattle's offense and is similar to Wilson.
Fantasy Tip: Boykin does have an enticing skill set, but he won't have any fantasy value even if he earns the backup position as long as Russell Wilson is healthy.

Seattle Seahawks WR Kenny Lawler converted 72.7% of the time on contested catches last season at California, according to NFL.com's Matt Harmon. Lawler's 4.64-second 40-yard dash time could be a big reason he fell to the seventh round in the 2016 NFL Draft.
Fantasy Tip: Lawler will likely compete for the No. 4 spot on the depth chart, and he probably won't be on the fantasy radar to open the season. If he makes a big impression, and injuries occur, he could be a name to watch for an in-season waiver claim.
