Seahawks | Chris Carson held in check

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 18:51:34 -0700

Seattle Seahawks RB Chris Carson finished with 11 carries for 34 yards and caught two passes for 18 yards and a touchdown in a 33-27 loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 3.

Fantasy Tip: While Carson wasn't efficient running the ball, he did lead the backfield in carries once again and salvaged his stat line with a receiving score. He still looks like the lead back for the Seahawks and has RB2 potential against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4.

Seahawks | Jimmy Graham shows signs of life

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 18:34:58 -0700

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham caught seven passes on 11 targets for 72 yards in a 33-27 loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 3.

Fantasy Tip: Graham entered the game with four catches on nine targets for nine yards, but this was the type of performance his fantasy owners expect. The Seattle passing attack looked better overall, and Graham can be considered a TE1 heading into a Week 4 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts.

Seahawks | Russell Wilson tosses four scores

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 18:34:06 -0700

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson completed 29 of his 49 pass attempts for 373 yards and four touchdowns and ran seven times for 26 yards in a 33-27 loss to the Tennessee Titans in Week 3.

Fantasy Tip: Wilson came alive in the second half, and he ended up throwing for more yards than he did in the first two games combined. The offensive line issues aren't going away, but Wilson has a good chance to deliver another QB1 effort against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4.

Seahawks | Doug Baldwin injures groin

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 18:16:36 -0700

Seattle Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin (groin) exited in the fourth quarter against the Tennessee Titans in Week 3 with a groin injury, and head coach Pete Carroll said the severity of the injury is not yet known. Baldwin had 10 catches on 15 targets for 105 yards and a touchdown before departing.

Fantasy Tip: Check back for updates on Baldwin's status. He is a high-end WR2 as long as he is healthy, but if he is forced to miss time, Paul Richardson could see a significant boost in his value.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson expected to go

Fri, 22 Sep 2017 14:56:08 -0700

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson (finger) practiced in full Friday, Sept. 22, and he is no longer on the injury report for Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson dislocated a finger, had it popped back into place, and then he scored the game-winning touchdown in Week 2. He is expected to be fine for Sunday's visit to Nashville and he remains a solid WR4 or flex fantasy play.

Seahawks | Jimmy Graham to be game-time decision

Fri, 22 Sep 2017 09:39:09 -0700

Seattle Seahawks TE Jimmy Graham (ankle) was able to practice Friday, Sept. 22, but will be a game-time decision for Week 3 versus the Tennessee Titans, according to head coach Pete Carroll.

Fantasy Tip: The Seahawks' offense has been mostly dysfunctional through two games, and the combination of Russell Wilson leading him into big hits and Graham not being able to come up with a few of the good throws that have come his way have led to a frustrating start (four catches for nine yards). For at least this week, owners should consider other options.

Seahawks | Paul Richardson takes part in practice

Thu, 21 Sep 2017 17:07:28 -0700

Seattle Seahawks WR Paul Richardson (finger) fully participated in practice Thursday, Sept. 21.

Fantasy Tip: Richardson has caught six passes for 78 yards and one touchdown in the first two games of the season and could receive a few targets against the Tennessee Titans. The Seattle offense has struggled so far this season, so owners could consider benching Richardson if they have better options.
