Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is not worried that the starting offense has not scored a touchdown in the preseason, because they performed well during practice. "We're not far away," Wilson said. "We've had some unbelievable practices. We go against one of the best defenses in the National Football League every day. Our offense is really clicking in practice; we just haven't translated it quite yet in terms of finishing the drive on game day, but we will. I completely believe that. I believe that because of how we practice. I believe that because we show it in practice every day."
Fantasy Tip: Fantasy owners would like to see better results from the offense during the preseason but it should not be a big deal. Wilson could be considered a No. 1 quarterback most weeks because of his ability to produce with his arm and his legs. Marshawn Lynch is one of the better running backs in fantasy and should be selected in one of the first two rounds of drafts. Jimmy Graham will help the team's passing game and should be one of the first tight ends selected in drafts.

Fantasy Tip: Jackson probably would have more fantasy value on another team because Marshawn Lynch isn't coming out in the red zone (if they choose to run him there.) Jackson might be worth an RB5 flyer still.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch probably will be limited to a few carries if he plays in the third preseason game Saturday, Aug. 29. Head coach Pete Carroll would not say if Lynch will see any playing time during the game.
Fantasy Tip: Lynch does not see a lot of work in the preseason because of his physical style of play but should be ready when the season starts. Lynch likely will be selected in one of the first two rounds in most leagues this season.

Seattle Seahawks RB Christine Michael appears to be in good shape holding onto the No. 3 running back spot behind RBs Marshawn Lynch and Robert Turbin. There has been speculation RBs Thomas Rawls and Rod X. Smith might push Michael for the No. 3 job, but head coach Pete Carroll dismissed that. "Well they're just kind of trying to make it, they're just trying to hang right now," Carroll said of Rawls and Smith. "I don't know if they are pushing anybody but pushing themselves right now and just trying to figure it out."
Fantasy Tip: Michael is not someone fantasy owners are going to want to invest in come draft day in most standard fantasy formats, although he could warrant a spot in leagues of 14 or more teams. An injury to Lynch and/or Turbin is needed for Michael to have any meaningful touches and fantasy appeal.

Seattle Seahawks CB Richard Sherman (hip) did not play in the second preseason game Friday, Aug. 21, but could have played if it was a regular season game, according to head coach Pete Carroll. Carroll said Sherman should be able to play in the third preseason game.

Fantasy Tip: Lockett's biggest impact as a rookie figures to come on special teams as a returner, but his role in the passing game is worth keeping an eye on.
