Seattle Seahawks LB Bobby Wagner may be the key to the team's defense this year. Since his return in Week 12, the Seahawks are allowing a league-best 6.8 points per game and 188 yards in the last four games. The Seahawks were struggling to contain the run and reach the quarterback without Wagner. Wagner has 35 tackles and a sack in the last four games.

Fantasy Tip: If you're a fantasy owner in season leagues, you know Lynch typically rests during mid-week practice, but he has yet to miss game time. FantasyScore owners shouldn't be concerned and use him in Week 16 as you normally would.

Fantasy Tip: The exact injury is not known, but he was visibly upset on the sidelines and even shoved one of the members of the medical staff after some sort of disagreement.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch has played well the last several weeks and should continue to receive a majority of the carries. Lynch costs $7,400 on FantasyScore and could be a starting option for owners.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson has been at his best in his career when he has scrambled out of the pocket, and he's kept the ball on 17 zone-read plays in the last five weeks and has averaged 8.7 yards per carry. In the first seven games, he kept the ball 13 times out of 75 zone reads. Wilson has ran for five touchdowns on zone-read carries this year alone, which is more than in his last two seasons combined.
Fantasy Tip: Wilson ($6,000) ran seven times for 35 yards against the San Francisco 49ers on Thanksgiving night. Although San Fran's defense has been pretty vulnerable of late, they've been pretty solid against limiting opposing QBs, especially on the ground. At FantasyScore, he's mildly interesting, at best.
