Fantasy Tip: Wilson is on track to play in Week 4, but the lingering injuries could limit his scrambling ability and overall effectiveness. If you have a quality backup with a friendly matchup, you may want to sit Wilson.

Fantasy Tip: Lockett has big-play speed, and he will be a boom-or-bust WR3 if he suits up in Week 4.

Fantasy Tip: Graham is a potential TE1 candidate if he suits up in Week 4, but have a backup plan in place in case his back injury doesn't improve.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson (knee) is likely to be ready to play in the Week 4 game against the New York Jets. Head coach Pete Carroll said Wednesday, Sept. 28, that "(he) would be surprised" if Wilson wasn't on the field Sunday. "He's pretty determined to get this done," Carroll said.
Fantasy Tip: If Wilson has some kind of a setback, or this is just gamesmanship on the part of the Seahawks, rookie Trevone Boykin would get the starting nod. Wilson is a risky play since his health for the full game is not guaranteed, he is facing a decent defense and west-coast teams playing in early kickoffs rarely have rousing success.

Fantasy Tip: Prosise is expected to play with the injury, but he might be a bit limited. The team also added veteran C.J. Spiller to the mix Wednesday, so neither of those things bode well for Prosise's short-term fantasy appeal.

Fantasy Tip: Spiller has plenty of speed in the open field, but Spiller has yet to reach his potential in previous stops in Buffalo and New Orleans. If he can stay healthy, he could emerge as a useful fantasy option in Seattle, but he isn't worth rostering just yet.

Seattle Seahawks RB Thomas Rawls (leg) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Sept. 28. TE Nick Vannett (ankle), OG Germain Ifedi (ankle) and LB Mike Morgan (hip) were limited during practice. RB C.J. Prosise (wrist) and DE Cliff Avril (hamstring) fully participated in practice.

Fantasy Tip: Wilson is on track to play in Week 4 but likely will be limited in terms of his running ability, which will hurt his fantasy value. Wilson can still be a starting option in some leagues, but owners with better options at the position could consider benching Wilson this week.

Fantasy Tip: Lockett should be able to play in Week 4, but owners should check on his status later in the week. He was not targeted during the team's Week 3 game but should be more involved this week. Lockett could be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in leagues.
Wed, 28 Sep 2016 16:42:17 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Graham recorded 100 yards in the team's Week 3 game and may be on his way back to being a No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues again. Owners may want to see him play well again before using him in their lineups, but he could be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.
Wed, 28 Sep 2016 12:49:22 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Owners will need to watch Wilson's practice participation this week to see if he suffers any setbacks. Wilson will be a high-risk, high-reward option this week since his mobility likely will be limited because of the injuries. Owners could consider benching Wilson if they have a quarterback with a better matchup.
