Fantasy Tip: Lynch has missed the last two games and is facing a stout Panthers run defense this weekend. Using him on FantasyScore for an elevated salary is pretty risky, especially since Seattle could limit his touches to prevent an aggravation.

Fantasy Tip: Graham ($7,300, 14.6% of cap) has finished with 30 yards or less in three of the five games this season and has been targeted just 27 times overall. He simply isn't worth his salary at FantasyScore right now.

Fantasy Tip: Jackson's ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) role in the offense is uncertain because he could be affected by the injured ankle during the game. Owners probably should avoid using him in their lineup.

Fantasy Tip: Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) has been dealing with an ankle injury, so his role on offense for the game is uncertain. Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) is expected to receive a majority of the carries during the game and could be a solid starting option. Owners probably should be able to find better options than Jackson to use in their lineups.

Fantasy Tip: Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) likely would see limited snaps if he active for the game, so he is not a great fantasy option. Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) should receive a majority of the carries and could be a cheaper starting option on FantasyScore even though he is facing a tough Bengals defense.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson is releasing the football quicker than he ever has. It is taking Wilson just 2.58 seconds to throw this year, according to ESPN Stats and Information. The third-year quarterback is also throwing shorter passes, averaging 6.6 yards per attempt.
Fantasy Tip: More pressure has been put on Wilson this year, literally and figuratively, with Marshawn Lynch being hampered and with a more penetrable offensive line. For the most part, Wilson ($7,800, 15.6% of cap) has been up to the task. He doesn't have the best matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals this week, but he's capable of doing well week in and week out.

Seattle Seahawks new defensive coordinator Kris Richard and the Seattle defense are blitzing on 21.4% of their defensive plays this year, ranking 26th in the league. Last year the Seahawks blitzed on 25.6% of their plays under former defensive coordinator and current Atlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn.

Fantasy Tip: Jackson ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) and Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0%) would likely split repetitions in the backfield if Jackson is able to play. While both are relatively cheap, better value can be found at running back.

Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (hamstring) could return to practice next week on Wednesday, Oct. 14, but the Seahawks want him to be at 100%. Lycnh is dealing with tissue damage in his strained hamstring and has been ruled out for Week 5.
Fantasy Tip: Thomas Rawls ($4,000, 8.0% of cap) should see the majority of playing time this week out of Seattle's backfield, unless Fred Jackson ($2,000, 4.0%) is good to go. Jackson is cheaper, but he's questionable with an ankle injury. Neither are great plays; there are better FantasyScore options at running back.
