Fantasy Tip: He's sixth at the position with 18.9 points per game in PPR leagues over the last five weeks. The Carolina Panthers present a midrange matchup, and Williams is a low-end WR2 or a high-end WR3 this week.

Fantasy Tip: Williams has been targeted at least 10 times in three of the last five games and has at least 70 yards in each of those games. He has also caught a touchdown in each of the last three games and should be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in all fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Williams was a limited participant in practice Friday, Dec. 2, after missing two sessions earlier in the week, and was listed as questionable on the injury report. Although he played through a similar injury during his senior year of college, he should be viewed as a risky WR3 option this afternoon.

Fantasy Tip: Williams was able to get in a limited practice session on Friday after sitting out practice the previous two days, so that's definitely encouraging in terms of his status for Sunday. Even so, he'll be hard to trust as a WR3, however, as it appears he'll be entering this matchup at less than 100 percent. If he has to sit, Travis Benjamin will be worth deploying in all leagues.

San Diego Chargers LBs Jatavis Brown (knee), Jerry Attaochu (foot), CB Brandon Flowers (concussion) and OL D.J. Fluker (shoulder) did not participate in practice Friday, Dec. 2. At the other end of the spectrum, S Dwight Lowery (hand), DL Tenny Palepoi (shoulder) and TE Asante Cleveland (concussion, knee) were able to practice in full. Brown, Attaochu and Flowers have already been ruled out for Week 13, while Cleveland and Palepoi are considered questionable to play.

Fantasy Tip: Williams also said he'll be "100 percent" by Sunday despite the fact he is reportedly dealing with a torn labrum, although there seems to be some question that is what he is really dealing with at the moment. Assuming the initial diagnosis is correct, Williams played through a similar injury in college. Given that information and a good matchup versus an undersized secondary, he should be considered a high-upside WR2 this weekend.

San Diego Chargers LB Jerry Attaochu (foot), LB Jatavis Brown (knee) and CB Brandon Flowers (concussion) did not practice Thursday, Dec. 1. DE Tenny Palepoi (shoulder) was limited. TE Asante Cleveland (concussion, knee) and FS Dwight Lowery (hand) participated fully.

Fantasy Tip: Williams' status is starting to look iffy for this weekend after missing two practices in a row. If he misses practice tomorrow then he could very well be listed as doubtful. If Williams does sit then Travis Benjamin would be the primary beneficiary, which would make him a low-end WR2 to high-end WR3.

Fantasy Tip: This was to be expected as Williams is dealing with a labrum injury. Williams' situation is a tricky one as the full extent of the injury is not known at this point. If he continues to miss practice then he'll be a risky start for Week 13, in which case Travis Benjamin would become a nice WR2 consideration against a mediocre Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass defense.

San Diego Chargers WR Tyrell Williams' (shoulder) right shoulder injury is related to a labrum issue. It's possible he might have to play with the injury for the duration of the season, though he did play through a torn right labrum during his senior year at Western Oregon in 2014. The full scope of his labrum damage is not yet known.
Fantasy Tip: This is a tricky and unfortunate situation for the former undrafted free agent, as Williams was really settling in as Philip Rivers' No. 1 go-to target. In fact, the 24-year-old has accumulated a whopping 25 targets over the past two weeks, turning those looks into 13 catches for 195 yards and two touchdowns. If he's able to stay on the field, he can be a valuable piece for numerous fantasy postseason runs. However, if he has to miss any time, Travis Benjamin and Dontrelle Inman would each get a big boost. Benjamin should be owned universally, regardless.
