Chargers | Hunter Henry headed for big workload?

Fri, 29 Apr 2016 18:44:38 -0700

San Diego Chargers TE Hunter Henry's blocking ability will allow him to contribute right away before replacing TE Antonio Gates as the primary pass-catching tight end down the road, and beat writer Michael Gehlken believes Henry could see more snaps this season than Gates.

Fantasy Tip: Henry is a must-own player in dynasty formats, and if Gates suffers an injury, he will be worth picking up in all formats.

Chargers | Hunter Henry taken 35th overall

Fri, 29 Apr 2016 16:27:41 -0700

The San Diego Chargers selected Arkansas TE Hunter Henry with the No. 35 overall pick in the second round of the 2016 NFL draft on Friday, April 29.

Fantasy Tip: Antonio Gates is long in the tooth and may only be around for one more season, so Henry is the Bolts' tight end of the future. His upside is very high as a Jason Witten/Greg Olsen type. Henry's fantasy value will be tied to dynasty leagues to start, but he could become a matchup play in his rookie season if Gates goes down with an injury.
