San Diego Chargers WR Malcom Floyd (shoulder) said he felt good the last few days in practice and has full range of motion in his injured left shoulder. Floyd said he's more worried about falling on his shoulder than taking hits to it.
Fantasy Tip: Floyd ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) is playing through a torn labrum in his shoulder, a pretty significant injury. At his age in his final season, fantasy owners shouldn't expect much production down the stretch. Floyd is a better performer in standard-scoring leagues unlike FantasyScore, too, so it's probably best to stay away.

San Diego Chargers OG D.J. Fluker (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 12. OT King Dunlap (ankle) is listed as doubtful. DTs Sean Lissemore (concussion) and Corey Liuget (foot) are questionable. S Jahleel Addae (concsussion), LB Manti Te'o (ankle) and S Eric Weddle (groin) are probable.

Fantasy Tip: It's unclear how involved Floyd ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) will be in his first game back from a torn labrum, so it might be safe to steer clear of him this week. Gates ($6,800, 13.6%) and Green ($2,900, 5.8%) have a good matchup, but Green's value is minimal with Gates playing.

San Diego Chargers OT King Dunlap (ankle), OG D.J. Fluker (concussion), DT Corey Liuget (foot) and S Eric Weddle (groin) did not practice Thursday, Nov. 26. LB Manti Te'o (ankle) and DT Sean Lissemore (concussion) were limited. S Jahleel Addae (concussion) participated fully.

Fantasy Tip: Barring a setback, Gates ($6,800, 13.6% of cap) should be active for the Week 12 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He grabbed 18 catches and found the end zone twice through his first two games of the season, but since, Gates has just 11 receptions for 131 yards without a score through three games. Even with a plus-matchup, Gates is pricey at FantasyScore, but he checks out as a mid- to low-end starting tight end in seasonal formats.

Fantasy Tip: It would be somewhat of a surprise if Floyd ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) played this week as he is still recovering from a torn labrum. Green ($2,900, 5.8%) didn't practice yesterday, so if he keeps trending upward he could take the field this weekend. Their statuses will need to be monitored heading into the weekend.

Fantasy Tip: Green's ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) fantasy value nearly diminishes if Antonio Gates starts. He's got a good matchup versus the Jacksonville Jaguars, but he may not even play.

Fantasy Tip: The Jacksonville Jaguars, the Chargers' Week 12 opponent, have been fairly accommodating to tight ends this year, but not as much to wide receivers. Floyd ($2,900, 5.8% of cap) may not even play as he is still recovering from a torn labrum. Gates ($6,800, 13.6%), however, is a solid option if he plays.

Fantasy Tip: With so little help around him in the passing game due to injuries, Rivers had his worst game of the season by far. This could become more of the norm for him than in the first half of the season, and his fantasy value has taken a sizeable hit without many consistent options to help him out.

Fantasy Tip: Green and Gates were huge disappointments for fantasy owners, especially since more targets were expected with the wide receiver corps decimated. It's becoming clear that basically no one in the San Diego roster can be trusted for fantasy purposes right now.

Fantasy Tip: The Chargers have a versatile back out of the backfield, but for whatever reason they choose not to use Woodhead even with a banged up wide receiver corps. They continue to try and establish the run with Gordon, and even Woodhead up the middle, but the offensive line is banged up and it is just not possible. It can be maddening for Woodhead's fantasy owners, as he can do things and is just not used properly.

Fantasy Tip: The Chargers have tried to establish the run with Gordon, getting away from the more versatile Danny Woodhead, but the offensive line is banged up and the power run game is just not there. Avoid Gordon for fantasy purposes until next season when the team will have time to put a better and healthier line together.

San Diego Chargers WRs Dontrelle Inman and Javontee Herndon were forced to step up in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs with several injuries to the receiver corps. Inman had three grabs for 51 yards on five targets, and Herndon had five receptions for 37 yards on seven targets.
Fantasy Tip: Once Inman and Herndon get on the same page with Philip Rivers and build rapport, they could very well emerge as useful fantasy options down the stretch.
