Fantasy Tip: Williams' status is starting to look iffy for this weekend after missing two practices in a row. If he misses practice tomorrow then he could very well be listed as doubtful. If Williams does sit then Travis Benjamin would be the primary beneficiary, which would make him a low-end WR2 to high-end WR3.

Fantasy Tip: This was to be expected as Williams is dealing with a labrum injury. Williams' situation is a tricky one as the full extent of the injury is not known at this point. If he continues to miss practice then he'll be a risky start for Week 13, in which case Travis Benjamin would become a nice WR2 consideration against a mediocre Tampa Bay Buccaneers pass defense.

San Diego Chargers WR Tyrell Williams' (shoulder) right shoulder injury is related to a labrum issue. It's possible he might have to play with the injury for the duration of the season, though he did play through a torn right labrum during his senior year at Western Oregon in 2014. The full scope of his labrum damage is not yet known.
Fantasy Tip: This is a tricky and unfortunate situation for the former undrafted free agent, as Williams was really settling in as Philip Rivers' No. 1 go-to target. In fact, the 24-year-old has accumulated a whopping 25 targets over the past two weeks, turning those looks into 13 catches for 195 yards and two touchdowns. If he's able to stay on the field, he can be a valuable piece for numerous fantasy postseason runs. However, if he has to miss any time, Travis Benjamin and Dontrelle Inman would each get a big boost. Benjamin should be owned universally, regardless.

Fantasy Tip: Williams has averaged 9.6 targets per game over his last five games and has been targeted 25 times over his last two games. Travis Benjamin being at less than 100% is a factor, but Phillip Rivers clearly trusts Tyrell the gazelle. He'll continue to be an under-the-radar play as the Chargers continue to pass a lot in order to keep up with the opposition.

Fantasy Tip: Benjamin didn't do much, and perhaps he was dealing with ill-effects of his injury. He could factor in more prominently in Week 14 with Tyrell Williams leaving the game early.

San Diego Chargers RB Melvin Gordon rushed 17 times for 70 yards in the Week 12 game against the Houston Texans. He added four receptions for 19 yards on his four targets. Gordon is 92 yards shy of reaching 1,000 yards for the first time. The last time the team had a 1,000-yard runner was RB Ryan Mathews in 2013.
Fantasy Tip: Gordon has emerged as a must-start fantasy option this season, and is on track to be a slam-dunk first round pick across all fantasy formats in 2017.

Fantasy Tip: It was an ugly goose egg for fantasy owners relying upon Gates as a low-end TE1. There was no report of any injury, but if an update comes out we'll have it for you. He'll look to rebound in Week 14.

Fantasy Tip: Despite this visit to the end zone, Henry remains more of a TE2 in most fantasy leagues heading into Week 14.

San Diego Chargers WR Dontrelle Inman (head) posted six receptions for 119 yards and a touchdown in the Week 12 game against the Houston Texans. He missed the end of the game to be evaluated for possible concussion, but he passed the test and was cleared. He is not in the league's concussion protocol.
Fantasy Tip: Inman made the most of his six targets, and he could see even more responsibilities in the offense in Week 13 if Tyrell Williams cannot play due to the shoulder injury he suffered.

Fantasy Tip: Williams finished with eight receptions for 70 yards and a touchdown on a team-high 14 targets before departing. When we know more about his status we'll pass along the update. He has emerged as a solid WR3 in most fantasy leagues when healthy.
