Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell's conditioning isn't a concern to head coach Mike Tomlin. "We have seen him every day, he has been a part of us, and he has been in the building," Tomlin said. "He is up to speed on what we are doing from a schematic standpoint and really in tune there."
Fantasy Tip: Tomlin had also stated earlier that Bell will play plenty in his first game back from a three-game suspension. With good health and in good physical condition, Bell immediately assumes his position as an RB1, even against a tough Kansas City Chiefs defense.

Pittsburgh Steelers RB Le'Veon Bell can expect to see a heavy workload in his season debut in Week 4 versus the Kansas City Chiefs, according to head coach Mike Tomlin. "Rest assured, you're going to see Le'Veon Bell and a lot of him Sunday," Tomlin said.
Fantasy Tip: This comes as music to the ears of Bell's owners, most of whom invested a late-first or early-second round pick in him despite his three-game suspension. A bit of rust should be expected, but few backs bring the same kind of upside and consistency to the table that Bell does. As such, owners should plug him immediately into their lineups and begin the process of handcuffing him to DeAngelo Williams if they haven't done so already.

Pittsburgh Steelers WR Eli Rogers (toe) was spotted wearing a walking boot on his left foot Tuesday, Sept. 27. Rogers injured himself roughly midway through the team's Week 3 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Head coach Mike Tomlin is calling him "very questionable" for Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Fantasy Tip: Rogers has cooled since a stellar opener, although the timing of this injury certainly didn't help in that regard after a one-catch effort in Week 2. Assuming Rogers sits out the Sunday Night Football game this week, Markus Wheaton will replace Rogers in the slot, while Antonio Brown and Sammie Coates handle the majority of snaps outside.

Fantasy Tip: Bell will face a tough Kansas City Chiefs defense in his season debut. He'll be a low-end RB1, but rust to a certain degree should be expected.

Fantasy Tip: Rogers posted two grabs for 32 yards on five targets before departing. He has emerged as a decent WR4 in most fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams, but he should be reserved until he can officially return and prove his health in a full game without any setbacks
