Steve Corkran, of the Contra Costa Times, reports Oakland Raiders RB LaMont Jordan did not report to the team for the start of training camp. His agent, Alvin Keels, said the Raiders informed him not to show. His time with the Raiders is short, as his agent is looking for the team to trade him, release him or allow him to show up for camp and participate. Since Keels has not found a trading partner, it is likely the Raiders will simply release him. The team would save $3.3 million against the cap by releasing Jordan, but he would still count $1.4 million against the cap.
