Fantasy Tip: Washington is a must-own handcuff to Latavius Murray, and if he becomes a steady factor in the passing game, he could be a flex option in PPR leagues by the end of the year.

Fantasy Tip: Cooper is a fantasy star in the making at the receiver position, and he is no worse than a WR2 against Tennessee in Week 3.

Oakland Raiders first-round rookie S Karl Joseph has yet to log a snap on defense in his brief NFL career, although head coach Jack Del Rio appears ready to change that in Week 3 when his team faces the Tennessee Titans. "I really believed that he should have got in the game (Week 2 against the Atlanta Falcons) … We'll make sure that he gets in the game going forward. I think it's time to see Karl. Yeah, I think that's a fair question to ask (why he hasn't played yet). I think you can anticipate him getting some action this week." Del Rio said in his weekly media conference Monday, Sept. 19.

Oakland Raiders RB Latavius Murray will continue to lose carries to DeAndre Washington and Jalen Richard, based on comments made by head coach Jack Del Rio following a Week 2 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. "All of our running backs are pretty good. We were running the ball well, and they're all going to play," Del Rio said.
Fantasy Tip: Murray averaged 7.1 yards per carry versus the Falcons with a long run of 18, so his role wasn't being reduced due to ineffectiveness. He also boosted his fantasy bottom line by adding six catches for 44 yards, while Week 1 standout Richard was mostly ineffective. Murray owners may want to see what he can fetch in trade offers this week since his upside will be obviously be limited in a committee, but his offensive line is good enough for him to maintain RB2 value even with a limited workload.

Fantasy Tip: Three different players scored rushing touchdowns for Oakland in Week 1, but Washington wasn't among them. He could ultimately emerge as the No. 2 option behind Murray, but Washington is mainly an asset in keeper leagues for now.
