Fantasy Tip: While Cooper's option may be a bit biased, the two young players did display strong chemistry in Cooper's rookie year. Cooper will enter 2016 as a solid WR2 candidate, and Carr is a high-end backup and a legit starting candidate against friendlier matchups.

Oakland Raiders WR Amari Cooper (foot) was nearly shut down in December due to a foot injury. General manager Reggie McKenzie said Wednesday, Dec. 27, that he was impressed how the rookie toughed it out and finished the season.
Fantasy Tip: Cooper posted 72 receptions for 1,070 yards and six touchdowns in his rookie season, and he was targeted 130 times in his 16 games (15 starts). He'll be a Top 15 fantasy selection at his position next season, if not higher.

Oakland Raiders WR Michael Crabtree was targeted a career high 146 times in 2015, while tying a career high in catches (85) and touchdowns (9). His 922 receiving yards were the second most of his career for a single season.
Fantasy Tip: Last season was supposed to be star rookie receiver Amari Cooper's for the taking. Crabtree really flew under the radar throughout the season, and actually outperformed Cooper from a fantasy perspective. The key again for Crabtree next season will be to stay healthy, which he has done the last two years. If he can do that, he could end up as WR2 again, with added value in PPR leagues.
