The Oakland Raiders have been set a $325-$375 million relocation fee, which is almost $300 million less than the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers were levied. The ruling makes the potential of a move to Las Vegas higher.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch wouldn't be anything more than a risky RB2 in fantasy if he were to come back.

Fantasy Tip: There has been a lot of speculation on Lynch's future, and he has been linked to the Oakland Raiders. If he does end up in the silver and black, he should be the primary power back and have a chance to deliver RB2 production.

Fantasy Tip: Patterson was teammates with Peterson in Minnesota, but as of now, there is no evidence that the Oakland front office is pursuing Peterson. Wherever Peterson plays in 2017, you can't expect him to be more than a low-end RB2.

Fantasy Tip: Beast Mode turns 31 next month, and it would be hard to expect RB1 numbers after the layoff and an injury-riddled 2015 season. He would be a speculative pick late in early drafts.

Fantasy Tip: Cook has the most upside among Oakland's tight ends, but consistent production has always been an issue. Even if he starts, he should be drafted as a TE2.

Oakland Raiders WR Michael Crabtree has registered at least 900 receiving yards in back-to-back years for the first time in his career. In addition, he also finished with more than 80 receptions in consecutive seasons for the first time as well. It's also worth noting that since joining the Raiders, Crabtree has been targeted more in the 2015 and 2016 seasons than in any other year.
Fantasy Tip: Crabtree will be entering his age-30 campaign in 2017, but it appears he's been playing better as he gets older with age. During his six years in San Francisco, the former first-round draft pick had just one season with 80-plus catches, as well as only one in which he scored more than six times, but he's accomplished both those feats during his two years with the Raiders. As long as QB Derek Carr can stay healthy, Crabtree should be looking at a similar stat line ahead.

Fantasy Tip: If he does end up signing with the Raiders, the former first-round draft pick will continue to hold no fantasy value, as he would strictly be competing with Connor Cook for the backup quarterback job behind Derek Carr.

Fantasy Tip: As stated earlier, Cook remains a TE2 despite potentially being the Raiders' starting tight end.
