Oakland Raiders FB Marcel Reece said he doesn't expect a drop off in chemistry as RB Latavius Murray replaces RB Darren McFadden this season because Murray has spent the last couple of years watching film and talking football with Reece.
Fantasy Tip: Murray should open the year as the primary back, and while he has never been a No. 1 back for an entire year, he has shown enough potential to be selected as a mid-range RB2.

Oakland Raiders CB D.J. Hayden isn't guaranteed to open the 2015 season as a starting cornerback. 2014 fourth-round pick CB Keith McGill has been opposite CB T.J. Carrie with the first unit for much of the offseason.

Oakland Raiders RB Latavius Murray has the opportunity to be the team's No. 1 running back in 2015, and it's one he embraces. "It's a great feeling, but every day I have to go in there knowing I need to get better every day," Murray explained. "I need to play like it's a new year. Last season is just last season and the year before that it was the year before that. Every season is a new year for me and it's a year I have to go out and prove something."
Fantasy Tip: It seems a certainty that Murray will win the No. 1 job away from free-agent addition Trent Richardson. Murray should be considered as an RB2 with plenty of upside.

Oakland Raiders TE Clive Walford could be the leading candidate for the starting tight end job this season. Walford performed well during offseason workouts, and the team believes he can be one of the better receiving tight ends in time.
Fantasy Tip: Owners will need to monitor the situation during training camp to see if he will win the starting job. Walford may not be worth a draft pick in most drafts but could be a waiver wire option if he becomes a solid part of the passing game.

Fantasy Tip: Streater is projected as one of the top three receivers for the Raiders, and he isn't a bad late-round speculative pick for fantasy owners on draft day if he can hold onto one of the top three wideout jobs.

Fantasy Tip: Holmes has shown potential in the past, but even if he holds off a charge from Thompkins his fantasy appeal in standard formats would be negligible unless one of the top three receivers suffers a long-term injury.

Fantasy Tip: Regardless which player emerges as the winner of the positional battle, both players will have minimal fantasy appeal in standard leagues unless injuries to one of the top three receivers opens up more responsibilities in the offense.

Oakland Raiders WR Amari Cooper said he is looking to improve his play and wants to help the team win games. "I want to prove that I can be a player to who brings it every day," Cooper said. "The goal is to own my craft and sharpen my blade every day. I want what's best for my teammates, so we can all come out and have a great season."
Fantasy Tip: Cooper probably will be the team's top receiving target this season and should see plenty of passes thrown his way. Cooper could be a middle-round option in deeper leagues and could be a starting option against certain matchups.
