Fantasy Tip: Gallman is quicker than fast and will come in to compete for touches with Shane Vereen and Paul Perkins. The rookie brings size (6-foot, 215 pounds) and a slashing running style to the backfield. He could emerge as a viable fantasy play and deserves attention late in single-year drafts.

Fantasy Tip: Webb needs time to develop, and he will have just that while learning from Eli Manning. Webb won't play for a while, but with all the young weapons the Giants have on offense, Webb is a player worth stashing in dynasty formats.

Fantasy Tip: Reese called Engram a "weapon," and it's not like the G-Men have any bond fide stars outside of Odell Beckham. Even though Sterling Shepard should be improved in Year 2, there will be opportunities for Engram to make an impact. It's unlikely to be enough to hold more than TE2 value, but there's legitimate upside with Engram.

Fantasy Tip: The Giants has not received a lot of production from the tight end position over the last few years, but Engram can become a solid contributor in the passing game. He should be considered a No. 2 fantasy tight end for 2017 but can be popular in keeper leagues because of his potential to become a No. 1 tight end.

Fantasy Tip: It's the easiest move the Giants will make all offseason. Beckham is arguably one of the three best wide receivers in the NFL and should be selected as such in fantasy drafts. He has averaged 96 catches, 1,374 yards and nearly 12 touchdowns in his first three professional seasons.

Fantasy Tip: The Giants still have a slew of backs, and they seemed to really like Paul Perkins late last season. Blount had a magical year in 2016, but he's unlikely to repeat those 18 touchdowns. He's more of an RB2 option in fantasy.

Fantasy Tip: If there were ever a no-brainer decision to make, this would be one. He has averaged 6.7 catches for 96 yards and 0.8 touchdowns per game in his career. He's among the handful in consideration for top wide receiver in fantasy.

Fantasy Tip: Perkins likely is considered the starting running back at this point, but the Giants are believed to be looking for another running back to pair with Perkins. He probably would be used more in the passing game if the Giants added another running back. Perkins probably can be considered a No. 3 running back in most fantasy leagues.

The New York Giants are one of several teams continuing to keep close tabs on free-agent RBs LeGarrette Blount (Patriots) and Adrian Peterson (Vikings), in the hopes that their salary demands will go down prior to the draft.
Fantasy Tip: Neither Blount nor Peterson should be viewed as prominent RB1 options in most fantasy formats. Blount is 30 and unlikely to duplicate his 18-touchdown performance from last season regardless of where he lands, while Peterson is 32 and has sustained multiple major knee injuries over the last three years.

Fantasy Tip: The Giants may just end up waiting until after the draft to take care of it, but there's almost no chance they will pass and give Beckham a chance to hit the open market as an unrestricted free-agent in 2018. He should remain an elite WR1 option in fantasy this season.
