Fantasy Tip: Donnell actually logged six receptions in his return from a concussion this past week against the Steelers, but he's really a middling TE2 at best. His inconsistency and overall lack of production should keep him on just about all waiver wires for the fantasy playoffs.

Fantasy Tip: Vereen has not been able to play since September because of his injury but has been able to practice over the last few weeks. He probably would see limited touches if he is active for Week 14 and probably should be avoided in most leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Vereen could come off the PUP this week, but it's hard to trust him his first week back in fantasy. The Giants also take on the Dallas Cowboys this week.

New York Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul (groin) had surgery Wednesday, Dec. 7, to repair a sports hernia and an injured groin muscle, and he's expected to be out at least six weeks. Returning in six weeks would have him back for the NFC championship game.

Fantasy Tip: Anyone in a PPR league that's desperate for a running back should consider grabbing Vereen now as a possible late-season boost, though clearly plugging him into your lineup this week (assuming he's actually activated) would require a leap of faith.

Fantasy Tip: Cruz didn't have a reception or a target in Week 13, and it's pretty clear he's not heavily in the offensive game plan.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings has been underwhelming this season and remains nothing more than a RB3. If rookie Paul Perkins could catch out of the backfield, he would likely surpass Jennings on the depth chart.

Fantasy Tip: Shepard has found the end zone at least once in four of his past five games. He hasn't been racking up a ton of yardage, but he has been a boon to fantasy owners in TD-only leagues especially.

Fantasy Tip: Beckham won the statistical battle against friend Antonio Brown, but his pal ended up with a touchdown and a victory. Beckham will look for another big stat performance in Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys in a primetime game.

Fantasy Tip: Manning has at least two interceptions in four of his past seven outings. Despite that, he also has two or more touchdown passes in each of his past five games, totaling 14 TDs during the span. He remains a fantasy must-start option heading into Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys.
