New York Giants TE Larry Donnell (Achilles') is in a walking boot as he recovers from Achilles' tendinitis. Donnell said he's taking a day-by-day approach to the injury, but reiterated that it's not serious.
Fantasy Tip: It sounds like Donnell should be good to go at least by the time training camp begins, as long as the Achilles' doesn't flare up again. If he can stay on the field for a full season, or close to a full season, he could finish with TE1 numbers in 2015.

New York Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr.'s (hamstring) injury to his hamstring is not on the same hamstring he injured last offseason. Beckham himself said the injuries can't even be compared. Beckham has recently been limited at organized team activities for precautionary reasons.
Fantasy Tip: Beckham took the league by storm when he returned from his injury last season, en route to 91 catches, 1,305 yards and 12 touchdowns in just 12 games. He's a candidate for the No. 1 overall fantasy wide receiver as long as he stays healthy.

Fantasy Tip: It sounds like Donnell should be good to go for training camp, unless he suffers any setbacks. Draft him as a low-end TE1 in what could be a prolific Giants' offense.

Fantasy Tip: Owners should monitor the situation over the next few weeks to see if this is an injury that can linger. Donnell posted solid numbers in 2014 and could be a starting tight end against certain matchups this upcoming season.

New York Giants WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hamstring) was limited during organized team activities Monday, June 1, because of hamstring soreness. Head coach Tom Coughlin said holding Beckham out was precautionary.
Fantasy Tip: Beckham does not need to push things during the offseason and should be fine if he receives a few days off. Beckham likely will be one of the first few receivers selected in drafts this upcoming season and likely will be selected in one of the first few rounds.

Fantasy Tip: There is no word on the reason, but we'll keep you posted. Donnell is a mid-to-low TE1 with upside if it's not serious.

Fantasy Tip: Donnell was an effective red-zone target last season, but his poor blocking skills kept him out of the lineup at times. If he can become even a serviceable blocker, his offensive upside should keep him on the field a lot more in 2015, boosting his fantasy value.

Fantasy Tip: Beckham was one of the breakout players last season and likely will be one of the top receivers in drafts this season. Beckham likely will be selected in one of the first few rounds in all drafts.

New York Giants WR Victor Cruz (knee) said he is around 80% recovered from tearing his right patella tendon Wednesday, May 27. Cruz has been running straight-line routes for approximately two weeks and hasn't experienced any pain or swelling.
Fantasy Tip: While this is good to hear, don't be too optimistic for a strong recovery in 2015. Cruz is coming back from a devastating injury that typically robs players of their explosion, which is a trademark of his game. He's worth nothing more than a very late flier in cavernous PPR leagues.

New York Giants OT Justin Pugh, who has been the starting right tackle for the last two years, could move to the left side with OT William Beatty (pectoral) out for at least the first half of next season. However, the Giants have also been preparing to move Pugh inside to guard this offseason. OT Ereck Flowers, the team's No. 9 overall pick is raw but has left tackle potential.

New York Giants WRs Odell Beckham Jr., Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle all received strong endorsements from ex-Giants WR Stephen Baker Tuesday, May 19. "I think [the Giants offense] will be a matchup nightmare, and I love the diversity of the receivers," said Baker. "You've got little Cruz, who can shake and bake in the middle, then you've got Beckham on the outside, who's just explosive, and then you have Randle, I consider him a smooth receiver, when he catches a pass, he just looks smooth. I like him as a third down possession-type guy," Baker said.
Fantasy Tip: With the vast majority of fantasy owners enamored by Beckham Jr., Cruz and Randle will be available at huge discounts following disappointing seasons. Beckham Jr. will be drawing the focus of opposing defenses, leaving plenty of room for his fellow wideouts to operate.
