Fantasy Tip: Larry Donnell will be the Giants' primary tight end as long as he's healthy. Reese's thoughts indicate that Adams could be used more as a blocker than a receiver in his first season. Again, Adams won't have much fantasy value in 2016.

Fantasy Tip: Adams has a good opportunity to compete with Will Tye and Jerome Cunningham for the backup position behind Larry Donnell. Plus, if Donnell can't stay healthy, Adams could receive some starter repetitions. That being said, he's unlikely to make a big fantasy impact right away.

Fantasy Tip: New York's backfield talent doesn't jump off the page, but they have quality depth at the position. Perkins will compete with guys like Bobby Rainey and Orleans Darkwa for playing time, but he likely won't overtake Rashad Jennings, Andre Williams and Shane Vereen in his rookie year. Perkins has little immediate fantasy value.

Fantasy Tip: Behind Odell Beckham Jr., the Giants have questions at wide receiver with Victor Cruz a big question mark coming off serious injury. Shepard could contribute immediately out of the slot in this pass-heavy offense, making him one of the rookie wideouts that could have the most fantasy value right off the bat. Give him a look as a WR5 flier late in drafts.

Michigan State OT Jack Conklin could land with the New York Giants, who are "for sure" going to take the best available offensive tackle at No. 10 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft, according to a source. Notre Dame OT Ronnie Stanley and Ole Miss OT Laremy Tunsil are expected to be drafted before No. 10.

Fantasy Tip: Treadwell is widely considered to be a top-three wide receiver in the draft this year and is slated to go somewhere in the first round. Treadwell would be a nice fit with the Giants as he could potentially take Rueben Randle's spot. He has WR3 upside if he is drafted into the right situation.

New York Giants DE Jason Pierre-Paul (hand) said he will be better than he was in 2015, adding that he is still the player he used to be. Pierre-Paul will wear a special glove on his injured hand in 2016 to help him rush better. The defensive end said he's recovered from his offseason surgery and has no limitations. Participating in minicamp will help him, too, he admitted, as he refused to participate in offseason workouts last year.

New York Giants WR Victor Cruz (calf, knee) was glad to be back among his teammates and coaches during the Giants' first offseason workout Tuesday, April 26. Head coach Ben McAddo is taking it slow with Cruz this offseason, but said he's ready to practice. Cruz anticipates being the same player he used to be before suffering his prolonged injuries. "I'm not in the business to go out there and be half of myself or half of what I was," Cruz said. "I want to go out there and be 100% and be the same player that I once was."
Fantasy Tip: Cruz has missed just over two and a half seasons because of injuries, missing all of the 2015 season. There is a great deal of risk in drafting Cruz this year because of the prolonged absence and the severity of his injuries. He's still worth drafting because of what he offers, but don't draft him as more than a WR4.
