Fantasy Tip: Cruz isn't expected back any time soon. Rueben Randle ($3,800, 7.6% of cap) should continue to see more targets with Cruz out, and he's a worthwhile flex against the San Francisco 49ers on FantasyScore.

New York Giants DE Robert Ayers (hamstring), CB Jayron Hosley (concussion), LB Devon Kennard (hamstring), CB Trumaine McBride (groin) and DE George Selvie (calf) did not practice Wednesday, Oct. 7. Fantasy Tip: Cruz is out for a bit. Rueben Randle ($3,800, 7.6% of cap) has caught touchdowns in consecutive weeks and has a solid matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Randle is a decent flex target on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Vereen has been one of the most prolific pass-catching running backs over the past few years. He was heavily involved in New York's passing game the first two weeks, catching 12 passes combined. Since then, he has zero catches and has only rushed for 44 yards. It's probably best to bench Vereen, even in PPR leagues, until he sees more work.

New York Giants TE Daniel Fells (ankle) was placed on the season-ending Reserve/Injured list Monday, Oct. 5, due to a staph infection in his ankle. TE Will Tye was subsequently promoted from the practice squad. Free-agent TE Chris Cooley (Redskins) worked out with the Giants last week, and other tight ends could be brought in to work out as a potential replacement for Fells.

Fantasy Tip: Donnell ($4,500, 9.0% of cap) has taken a giant step backward after his surprising rookie season in 2014. He is a bit overpriced given his mediocre production for FantasyScore owners to date.

Fantasy Tip: Randle ($3,600, 7.2% of cap) is obviously second fiddle to Odell Beckham Jr. ($8,300, 16.6% of cap), but he is still a decent WR3 or flex FantasyScore option most weeks.

Fantasy Tip: Williams ($3,500, 7.0% of cap) is the short-yardage hammer for the G-Men, but the better FantasyScore option is Rashad Jennings ($3,900, 7.8% of cap) as long as he is healthy.
Sun, 04 Oct 2015 16:42:48 -0700
Fantasy Tip: The yardage total from scrimmage was the largest of the season for Jennings ($3,900, 7.8% of cap). He is a decent low-end RB2 or flex option in FantasyScore heading into Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers.
Sun, 04 Oct 2015 16:42:02 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Manning ($7,400, 14.8% of cap) has multi-touchdown games in each of his past three, and he has managed just one interception in 143 attempts this season. He has re-emerged as a must-start FantasyScore option heading into Week 5 against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday Night Football.
