New England Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski (knee) left the Week 12 game against the Denver Broncos late in the fourth quarter after being hit low on an incompletion. He was writhing around in pain after the contact, and was down for several minutes. He was carted off, as they worked on his right knee or leg.
Fantasy Tip: Gronkowski appeared to be in tremendous pain, and on a day when Jimmy Graham was already lost for the season, the fantasy pool appears to be losing another option.

New England Patriots WR Danny Amendola (knee), CB Justin Coleman (hand), LB Jamie Collins (illness), WR Julian Edelman (foot), DL Trey Flowers, S Jordan Richards and TE Michael Williams (knee) were inactive for the Week 12 game against the Denver Broncos.

Fantasy Tip: As expected, Amendola is on the shelf. That leaves Brandon LaFell as the top wideout with Keshawn Martin and Chris Harper also in the mix.

Fantasy Tip: Martin ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) hasn't been active since Week 6 and only has six receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown this season. He can be ignored in FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Brandon LaFell ($6,400, 12.8% of cap) will likely be leaned upon more heavily, and the team could use James White ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) in the backfield more, which would hurt LeGarrette Blount's ($6,400, 12.8% of cap) value. You just never know with the Patriots. LaFell is a solid flex option on FantasyScore, though.

Fantasy Tip: Brandon LaFell ($6,400, 12.8% of cap) and Rob Gronkowski ($8,200, 16.4% of cap) likely will receive a majority of the targets against the Broncos because of the injuries the team has at receiver. They will be facing a tough Broncos defense but could be solid options for fantasy owners.

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady is 5-1 with a 67.9 completion percentage in his last six games (including playoffs) against the Denver Broncos, his Week 12 opponent. He's thrown for an average of 310.0 yards per game for 17 touchdowns and only two interceptions for a passer rating of 111.1.
Fantasy Tip: Throw that out the window. Denver is the toughest fantasy matchup for quarterbacks this year, and Brady ($9,000, 18.0% of cap) could be down to just Brandon LaFell and Rob Gronkowski as viable receiving threats Sunday night. The future hall of famer is not worth paying up for in this one.

Fantasy Tip: Amendola ($6,600, 13.2% of cap) is one of Tom Brady's few remaining reliable aerial targets besides Rob Gronkowski and Brandon LaFell. He'll have a big role if he plays, but he could be a game-time decision in the late game, and the matchup isn't idea. Consider Amendola too risky this week on FantasyScore.

New England Patriots CB Justin Coleman (hand) and WR Julian Edelman (foot) have been ruled out for Week 12 against the Denver Broncos. LB Jamie Collins (illness) is doubtful. WR Keshawn Martin (hamstring) and TE Michael Williams (knee) are questionable, while DT Alan Branch (elbow), OT Marcus Cannon (toe), OG Tre Jackson (knee) and DE Chandler Jones (abdomen) are probable. Coleman and Edelman didn't practice Friday, Nov. 27. Branch, Cannon, Collins, Jackson, Jones, Martin and Williams were all limited.

New England Patriots LB Jamie Collins (illness) returned to practice Friday, Nov. 27, after missing three weeks with an undisclosed illness. A source close to Collins ruled out a MRSA infection. However, Collins remains unlikely to play in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos considering the time he has missed.
