Fantasy Tip: McKinnon will be the Vikings' primary running back again this week, but the New York Giants have been stingy against the position so far this year, yielding just 74 rushing yards per game so far. McKinnon shouldn't necessarily be benched, but he's no more than a flex option with a bad matchup and Matt Asiata taking some snaps, too.

Fantasy Tip: There's no question McKinnon is the lead back in Minnesota as Matt Asiata only received 19 offensive snaps, but McKinnon didn't do much in his first start after Adrian Peterson's injury. His next opponent, the New York Giants, has been a stalwart versus running backs, too, yielding just 222 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown to running backs through the first three weeks of the season. McKinnon is still a flex option, but not much more than that for Week 4.

Fantasy Tip: Treadwell is a popular breakout candidate this summer, but an adjustment period for a player transitioning from a college spread attack to Norv Turner's offense should have been expected despite the hype. The rookie belongs on watch lists and should eventually fulfill his promise, although it is looking more and more likely he'll be Stefon Diggs' long-term sidekick and not the other way around.

Fantasy Tip: Peterson has to sit out until Week 11, but it would be mistake to rule him out for the season given his track record. Owners in deeper leagues or those with IR spots are advised to hold as long as possible in part because AP is one of the few true feature backs around, but Minnesota's offensive line has been so bad so far that he should be considered no more than a RB2 even if he does return. Jerick McKinnon will continue to serve as the lead back during his Peterson's absence.

Fantasy Tip: Diggs recorded at least 100 yards in each of the first two games of the season but was held in check against the Panthers. He should be more involved in the passing game next week and should be a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver for owners.

Fantasy Tip: Rudolph has scored a touchdown in each of his last two games and has been targeted at least eight times in all three games this season. He should continue to be a solid option in Minnesota's passing game and can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in deeper leagues.

Fantasy Tip: McKinnon will continue to share work with Matt Asiata even though both struggled in Week 3. McKinnon probably will not be more than a flex option most weeks.

Fantasy Tip: Asiata was facing a tough Panthers defense and should play better moving forward. He will receive playing time as long as Adrian Peterson is sidelined but will not be more than a flex option in most leagues.
