Fantasy Tip: Sims likely will be the starting tight end with Jordan Cameron ruled out and could have a role in the passing game. Owners in most leagues should be able to find better options to use, but he could have some value in daily fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Parker should be active for the team's Week 4 game and probably will receive a decent amount of targets in the passing game. Parker will be facing a tough Cincinnati Bengals defense but could be a No. 3 receiver or a flex option in fantasy leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Landry should have a good chance to play in Week 4, but owners will need to check the inactive list before deciding on their lineups. He has recorded at least 120 yards in each of the last two games and should be a starting candidate in all leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Dion Sims likely will serve as the starting tight end for the Dolphins in Week 4. He recorded 46 yards in the last game but probably will receive limited targets against the Cincinnati Bengals. Owners in most leagues probably can avoid Sims.

Fantasy Tip: Jay Ajayi and Kenyan Drake will continue to share work at running back with Foster sidelined. None of the running back posted great numbers in the team's Week 3 game and they likely will not receive enough carries to have a big impact. Ajayi may be a flex option in deeper leagues, but most owners should be able to find better options.

Fantasy Tip: Parker will be good to go for Thursday night if he doesn't suffer any setbacks. Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders both saw great success in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals, and Parker is a nice start as a WR2 in Week 4 as Ryan Tannehill's second favorite target.

Fantasy Tip: Sims will get the start on Thursday with Jordan Cameron already ruled out. He's a sneaky start after catching four balls for 46 yards last week and is especially worth a long look in daily contests as a cheap investment.

Fantasy Tip: It's an upgrade from yesterday when Landry didn't practice. The Denver Broncos thrashed the Cincinnati Bengals through the air in Week 3, which bodes well for Landry and the passing game on Thursday night if Landry does take the field. Assuming he's good to go, he's a PPR WR1.

Fantasy Tip: Foster is doubtful in a short week for the Dolphins. Jay Ajayi, Kenyan Drake and Damien Williams will comprise a committee backfield, but that backfield is too much of a crapshoot right now to seriously consider starting anyone. If push comes to shove, Ajayi is the better bet.
