The Associated Press reports since Kansas City Chiefs head coach Todd Haley began his offseason conditioning program, Chiefs players have shed almost 340 pounds of unwanted fat. The average loss for NFL teams trying to work off winter flab, Haley figures, is about 125-150 pounds. "If you go back a month and a half ago to where we are now, I think it's night and day," Haley said. "Physically, conditionally, strength-wise, we look like a different group of players for the most part. We've lost 338 pounds, which is a significant amount of weight."

I really try to remove myself from it, with all honesty. … It's not going to change my work ethic. It's not going to change how I go out and approach every single day.
