Fantasy Tip: Washington ($2,600, 5.2% of cap) has been off to a solid start with his new team, but this injury could hurt his fantasy value. Owners should avoid Washington for the time being.

Updating a previous report, Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (groin) will be active for the Week 4 game against the Atlanta Falcons but will see limited snaps during the game, according to a source. Foster is expected to receive a normal workload in Week 5.
Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) will see his first game action of the season, so he will see a limited amount of snaps. Foster is a risky option for owners on FantasyScore and may be too expensive since he will not receive his normal workload.

Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) could see limited snaps since this would be his first game of the season but does have a favorable matchup this week. Owners could consider using Foster in their lineups, but they may want to lower their expectations.

Houston Texans SS Lonnie Ballentine (knee) and LB Akeem Dent (hamstring) have been ruled out for the Week 4 game against the Atlanta Falcons. OT Duane Brown (hand) is listed as questionable, while OG Brandon Brooks (ankle), LB Jadeveon Clowney (knee), CB Johnathan Joseph (hip), OT Derek Newton (ankle), SS Eddie Pleasant (thigh) and OG Xavier Su'a-Filo (calf) are listed as probable. Ballentine and Dent did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 2. Brown, Clowney, Joseph and Newton were limited, while Brooks, Pleasant and Su'a-Filo fully participated in practice.

Fantasy Tip: Alfred Blue ($4,800, 9.6% of cap) likely would start if Arian Foster misses the game and probably would see a decent amount of work even if Foster does play. It is a favorable matchup for Blue because the Falcons struggle against opposing running backs. Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) could also be a solid option if he is active because he could see more touches.

Fantasy Tip: Mallett ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) has posted some decent numbers in his two starts but has two touchdowns and two interceptions during that span. Owners should be able to find better options to use as their starting quarterback this week.

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (groin) is listed as questionable for Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons but will have to see how he feels Sunday, Oct. 4, before playing. Head coach Bill O'Brien said the team isn't worried that they will play again on a short week next Thursday against the Indianapolis Colts. Foster has yet to play with QB Ryan Mallett since he was injured for the quarterback's two starts in 2014. Foster likes the way his body is feeling.
Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) will be a game-time decision Sunday morning. If he plays, he could have his repetitions limited and share time with Alfred Blue and Jonathan Grimes. Even though the Falcons are giving up the most fantasy points to running backs through three weeks, Foster is a risky daily play if he makes his season debut. If he sits out again, both Blue ($4,800, 9.6% of cap) and Grimes ($3,100, 6.2% of cap) are attractive flex options.

Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) is very likely to be limited if he goes, and his price tag is too high to risk it on FantasyScore against the Atlanta Falcons.

Houston Texans LB Akeem Dent (hamstring) and FS Lonnie Ballentine (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct.1. OG Brandon Brooks (ankle), OT Duane Brown (hand), LB Jadeveon Clowney (shoulder), CB Johnathan Joseph (hip) and OT Derek Newton (ankle) were limited during practice, while SS Eddie Pleasant (thigh) and OG Xavier Su'a-Filo (calf) fully participated in practice.

Fantasy Tip: It appears that Grimes (knee) may not be able to play against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4. Owners probably should avoid Grimes even if he is active for the game.

Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) may be a game-time decision for the Week 4 game against the Atlanta Falcons, so owners will have to check the inactive list. He probably would see limited playing time if he is active and would not be the best fantasy option.

Houston Texans RB Arian Foster (groin) looked good again in practice Thursday, Oct. 1, but head coach Bill O'Brien still is unsure if Foster will make his season debut in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons.
Fantasy Tip: It's unclear if Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) took part in a full practice today. Check back later for an update. The Texans want to see him practice in full before he's cleared to return, and he could be a game-time decision on Sunday. Even if Foster plays, he could have his touches limited, making him a risky FantasyScore click.

Fantasy Tip: Mallett ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) should start again in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons. He's a lackluster daily pick, but the Texans could be forced to pass often to play catchup with a hot Atlanta offense.

Houston Texans RB Alfred Blue had a big game in Week 3, and he might have another strong game in Week 4 against the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have allowed opposing running backs to roll up 264 yards on the ground, 317 receiving yards and seven rushing touchdowns through three games.
Fantasy Tip: Blue ($4,800, 9.6% of cap) logged 139 rushing yards with a touchdown in Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and another strong game against the weak Falcons defense wouldn't be shocking. As an RB2 or flex play in FantasyScore you're going to like Blue in Week 4.
