Fantasy Tip: Hopkins ($8,000, 16.0% of cap) sees a plethora of targets every game and has turned into an every-week starter despite subpart quarterback play. He's worth a start no matter what his price is and who his opponent is.

Houston Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said the Texans need to stop the run in order to get better on defense. Houston has allowed five rushing touchdowns in their last two games and is surrendering 114.2 rushing yards per game. "If we can stop the run better and get teams in longer yardage, that may be able to help us," O'Brien said. "If you don't stop the run, that's going to be a problem."

Houston Texans LB Jadeveon Clowney (ankle) should be ready to play in the Week 6 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars even though he suffered an ankle injury in Week 5, according to head coach Bill O'Brien.

Fantasy Tip: With Arian Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) back from injury Blue's ($2,800, 5.6% of cap) FantasyScore appeal is rather minimal. If Blue misses time, it would be Chris Polk ($2,000, 4.0% of cap) picking up the scraps after Foster.

Fantasy Tip: Shorts and Washington missed the Week 5 game because of their injuries but it appears at least one may be able to play against the Jaguars. Owners will need to monitor their practice participation next week to determine their availability for the game.

Houston Texans QB Brian Hoyer will start against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6, head coach Bill O'Brien announced Friday, Oct. 9. Hoyer went 24-for-31 for 312 yards, two touchdowns and a late interception against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5 Thursday, Oct. 8, while replacing QB Ryan Mallett.
Fantasy Tip: While Mallett has the stronger arm to stretch the field, Hoyer ($4,500, 9.0% of cap) has been the more efficient quarterback in this back-and-forth gig. Against a weaker Jags defense, Hoyer can be an effective sleeper pick on FantasyScore, provided he isn't benched mid-game.

Fantasy Tip: Hoyer ($4,500, 9.0% of cap) and Mallett ($4,600, 9.2% of cap) would have a good matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars on FantasyScore. Stay tuned to see where the revolving door lands.

Houston Texans QB Ryan Mallett said he had the wind knocked out of him against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 5 and was ready to return to the game but was not permitted to do so by head coach Bill O'Brien.
Fantasy Tip: O'Brien can't seem to decide on who he wants under center, and regardless of whether it is Mallett ($4,700, 9.4% of cap) or Brian Hoyer ($4,500, 9.0% of cap) starting, a Houston quarterback has no business being in lineups at FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Foster ($7,200, 14.4% of cap) didn't find much running room, but he did enough damage in the passing game to post a solid line. It looks like he will be used as a workhorse back as long as he is on the field, and his high volume of touches makes him a solid option at FantasyScore most weeks.
