Fantasy Tip: Q has been a solid receiver out of the slot in the Motor City, re-emerging as a decent WR3 in most fantasy leagues. He'll look to extend his touchdown scoring streak to three games in Week 8 in Houston.

Fantasy Tip: Tate started out very slowly, and likely was dropped by a high percentage of fantasy owners. However, he has 14 catches for 258 yards and a score over his past two games, and he has been targeted 22 times. Matthew Stafford has re-discovered Tate, and he has re-emerged as a trustworthy fantasy option in most formats heading into Week 8 in Houston.

Fantasy Tip: Jones was unable to find the end zone after scoring four touchdowns over his past four games, but his yardage total was his highest since his 205-yard outburst back in Week 3. He remains a decent WR3 in most fantasy formats heading into Week 8 in Houston.

Fantasy Tip: Forsett didn't do much in his first game with the team last week, and he likely wasn't terribly familiar with the playbook. He looked a lot more comfortable on his 10 touches, and he should be even more comfortable in Week 8 in Houston. Forsett isn't a bad bye-week fill-in, especially if the Dewayne Washington and Theo Riddick continue to miss time.

Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford completed 18 of his 29 pass attempts for 266 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in the Week 7 game against the Washington Redskins. He also ran twice for 32 yards while picking up his 100th career NFL victory.
Fantasy Tip: Stafford has three or more touchdowns in four of his seven games this season, but this line hurt most fantasy owners. He'll look to bounce back in Week 8 on the road in Houston.

Fantasy Tip: Zach Zenner will see the bulk of the carries for Detroit Sunday afternoon in Washington's absence. He is worth considering as a bye-week replacement at running back or as a flex option.

Fantasy Tip: Washington was a limited participant in practice throughout the week and was listed as questionable on the most recent edition of the injury report. Zach Zenner will serve as the lead back for Detroit if Washington is deactivated for Sunday's game. He merits consideration as a bye-week replacement at running back or as a flex option.

Detroit Lions WR Marvin Jones was the NFL's most productive receiver through four weeks, racking up 482 and two touchdowns on 23 catches. Over the last two weeks, however, he has totaled only 47 yards and two TDs on six receptions. "If somebody is doubling me, we have the players to really wreck shop. Defenses are going to play how they're going to play and you just adjust. We have great game plans that prepare us to adjust to anything. We're not missing a beat," Jones said.
Fantasy Tip: Jones' recent lack of production has coincided with the absence of Eric Ebron, which is allowing defenses to pay more attention to the Lions' top receiver as well. Things aren't about to get any easier for Jones, as he figures to square off plenty against Josh Norman, Xavier Rhodes (twice) and the Houston Texans' second-ranked pass defense in four of the next five games. He has earned Matthew Stafford's trust in the red zone, however, which should keep him in the WR2 conversation during this difficult stretch.

Fantasy Tip: If Washington is unable to play, Zach Zenner could be a flex candidate as the likely lead back against the Redskins.

Fantasy Tip: With Riddick out and Dwayne Washington questionable, Zach Zenner could be worth a flier in DFS formats if he ends up starting in Week 7.

Fantasy Tip: With Ebron set to miss another game, Golden Tate could be in line for his second straight big performance.
