Fantasy Tip: Just the fact that he's been able to practice is good news regarding his status for Sunday, after almost sustaining a lengthy injury in Week 13. Washington could potentially have sneaky good value opposite the Bears if Theo Riddick (wrist) sits out, so certainly monitor Detroit's running game leading up to kickoff. If either Washington or Riddick ends up on the sidelines, Zach Zenner would also get a boost.

Fantasy Tip: After laying an egg on Thanksgiving, Ebron was able to somewhat bounce back with a four-catch effort this past Sunday, albeit for only 38 yards. He'll probably be able to suit up in the next game, though he'd be a low-end TE1 option if Marvin Jones (quadriceps) is able to return after missing Week 13.

Fantasy Tip: Jones missed a crucial game for fantasy owners this past weekend, but it appears he's trending towards a return in Week 14. Even so, it's hard to trust him right now, as while the Lions have surged the past couple of months, winning seven of their last eight, Jones has topped 55 yards only once over that stretch, and he hasn't scored since Week 6. It's tough to see him turning it back around while playing at less than 100 percent.

Fantasy Tip: Riddick should be able to play in Week 14, but owners will need to monitor the situation to see if he suffers any setbacks. Riddick has not posted great numbers over the last few weeks but should still have a solid role in the offense. He can be a No. 2 running back in most fantasy leagues.

Detroit Lions TE Brandon Pettigrew (knee) is expected to be released soon. The team cleaned out his stall in the team's locker room and removed his nameplate. He was placed on the non-football injury list Tuesday, Dec. 6. He did not appear in a game in 2016 after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament in the left knee last December.
Fantasy Tip: Pettigrew is healthy and likely to land with another organization. However, he isn't likely to have fantasy appeal until at least the 2017 season.

Fantasy Tip: Ebron was targeted more frequently than usual last week, but that was partly because Marvin Jones was sidelined. If Jones is active then Ebron's value takes a decrease, but he remains a low-end TE1 option.

Fantasy Tip: Washington has been decent in a complementary role to Theo Riddick, but Riddick is the starter, and as long as Riddick is active then Washington can be avoided.

Fantasy Tip: It seems unlikely that Riddick would sit this week after being able to play last week while not at 100%. If the shifty running back is unexpectedly sidelined, however, then Dwayne Washington would make for a sleeper option in deeper standard leagues.

Fantasy Tip: Jones was limited in practice last week too and ended up not playing, so don't start getting all positive about his status just yet. If Jones is sidelined again or limited at all then Golden Tate should be viewed as a WR1 versus the mediocre Chicago Bears pass defense.

Fantasy Tip: Even if Washington does play, he'll still be playing behind Theo Riddick and could be limited given the injury. Washington will only have legitimate fantasy value if Riddick misses time.
