Fantasy Tip: Johnson was limited by the injury in Week 4 and only caught two passes for 12 yards. Johnson said he is feeling better but could still be limited by the injury in Week 5, so he should be seen as an injury risk. Johnson costs $7,900 on FantasyScore, which may be too expensive for owners based on his injury.

Fantasy Tip: Owners will have to wait to see if he is able to practice later in the week and play in Week 5. Reggie Bush could receive more work if Bell is not able to play and could be a good starting option at $6,600 on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: It's good news, but let's wait to see what Johnson's practice status is throughout the week. That'll give us a much better idea of how improved his health really is. Expect him to play in Week 5. His price hasn't come down much at FantasyScore ($7,900).

Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson (ankle) was used as a decoy for the most part in Week 4 Sunday, Sept. 28. He caught the only two passes he was targeted in for 12 yards and laughed when he was asked if he was close to 90 percent health. He rarely played on back-to-back plays in Sunday's game and had a noticeable limp.
Fantasy Tip: He's expected to continue playing through the injury and remains a must-start in most formats.

Updating a previous report, Detroit Lions RB Joique Bell (head) likely has a concussion, after leaving the Week 4 game against the Detroit Lions due to a head injury. He was taken to the locker room for evaluation and never was able to return. The team did not provide an update after the game, but they would not let him speak to the media after the game, which follows concussion protocol.
Fantasy Tip: There will likely be more updates available shortly. The team also lost Montell Owens and Theo Riddick to hamstring injuries, so it Reggie Bush was used almost exclusively down the stretch.

Detroit Lions QB Matthew Stafford (hand, leg) had the back of his throwing hand or wrist bandaged by the training staff after the Week 4 game against the New York Jets, and the training staff also appeared to be looking at his left leg in the locker room.
Fantasy Tip: Stafford made it through the entire game, finishing with 293 passing yards and two touchdowns while also running for another score. That was an impressive stat line considering he was playing with his favorite target, Calvin Johnson, very limited due to an ankle injury.

Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson (ankle) was walking with a noticeable limp after the Week 4 game against the New York Jets. Johnson said Sunday, Sept. 28, that he wasn't close to the 90 percent healthy level head coach Jim Caldwell suggested, although Johnson would not estimate a number.

Detroit Lions PK Alex Henery converted one of his two field goal attempts while tacking on three extra points in the Week 4 win against the New York Jets. His successful kick was from 51 yards, and his missed field goal was wide right from 52 yards.
Fantasy Tip: Henery was signed this week to replace the ineffective Nate Freese, and the former Eagles kicker did a good job. He'll be kicking for a high-octane offense, and he has re-emerged as a Top 15 fantasy option as a result.

Fantasy Tip: The team hinted that the rookie would be more involved in the offense, and he hauled in his first NFL touchdown as a result. He is still nothing more than a fantasy option as a bye-week replacement at this point, but he is one to watch in FantasyScore daily leagues in Week 5 if his salary remains reasonable.
