Fantasy Tip: Thomas has been pretty quiet over his last three games but does have a favorable matchup against the Oakland Raiders this week. Thomas could be a starting option for owners in Week 17.
Thu, 25 Dec 2014 15:24:53 -0800
Fantasy Tip: Thomas has posted back-to-back games of at least 100 yards after suffering a small bump in the road. Owners should consider Thomas as a solid starting option on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Hillman should have a role in the offense in Week 17, but it may be a limited role since he has missed several weeks of the season. Owners on FantasyScore probably should be able to find better options to use.

Fantasy Tip: Anderson should continue to see a majority of the carries and will be facing an Oakland Raiders run defense that has allowed the third most fantasy points to running backs this season. Owners can consider Anderson as a low-end No. 1 running back or a No. 2 back.

Fantasy Tip: Manning is coming off a four-interception performance in Week 16, but he should be able to play against the Oakland Raiders this week. Owners can consider Manning as a No. 1 quarterback for Week 17.

Fantasy Tip: Sanders should be able to play in Week 17 despite the injuries and has a favorable matchup against the Oakland Raiders. Sanders could be a No. 2 wide receiver for owners on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas caught only two passes Monday night, but the good news is he was targeted six times. He looks to be getting closer to full health with his ankle, so he should be considered at FantasyScore, especially since he had two TDs the first time Denver played the Oakland Raiders.

Fantasy Tip: Thomas should be a great play in Week 17 against the Oakland Raiders. Thomas went over 100 yards receiving without a score against Oakland in their first matchup.

Fantasy Tip: Even though Manning continues to say he's fine physically, it's worth wondering if his thigh ailment played a part in his four-interception Week 16. He has a great matchup against the Oakland Raiders this weekend, so he should be at least a midrange QB1 at FantasyScore.

Denver Broncos RB Ronnie Hillman (foot) returned to a full practice Wednesday, Dec. 24. It was Hillman's first full practice since he sprained his foot Nov. 9. "He's obviously further ahead than he was this time a week ago," head coach John Fox said. "The fact that we're on grass, not on (artificial) turf, (there are) a lot of variables, but I like what I see."
Fantasy Tip: Hillman ($5,555) is close to returning to action for the Broncos, but it's unknown if it'll come this week in a great matchup against the Oakland Raiders. He could be eased in in Week 17, but he's unlikely to see enough touches to be a real serious play at FantasyScore.
Wed, 24 Dec 2014 15:31:17 -0800
Fantasy Tip: Anderson ($5,555) has come down to earth a bit in recent weeks, but he remains the team's top back, which counts for a lot in fantasy football. Against the Oakland Raiders in Week 17, he should be a fine play in daily games. Anderson had his coming-out party the first time Denver faced Oakland earlier this year.

Denver Broncos LB Lamin Barrow (illness), LB Brandon M. Marshall (foot), OG Manuel Ramirez (illness) and DT Mitch Unrein (illness) did not practice Wednesday, Dec. 24. OT Paul Cornick (toe) and S T.J. Ward (neck) were limited, while S David Bruton (calf), OT Ryan Clady (thigh), OT Chris Clark (back), C Will Montgomery (knee), TE Jacob Tamme (foot), RB Juwan Thompson (hip, knee), CB Kayvon Webster (shoulder) and DE Derek Wolfe (knee) practiced in full.

Fantasy Tip: Sanders' ($5,555) injury isn't expected to keep him out this weekend against the Oakland Raiders. The matchup is a great one for him, so he's a solid option for your FantasyScore lineups in Week 17.

Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning plans to continue playing in 2015. "I have no plans along those lines (of retiring)," Manning added. "I'm enjoying playing, I'm looking forward to Sunday's game and hopefully the game to follow that." He currently leads the league with 39 touchdown passes, and he could become the first quarterback in league history with three seasons of at least 40 touchdown passes if he throws one in Week 17 against the Oakland Raiders. Executive vice president John Elway thinks Manning still "has plenty of great football in him."
Fantasy Tip: Manning is certainly nearing the end of his football career. For fantasy football purposes, he has performed at a high level this year, despite a rough stretch recently. He has a great matchup in Week 17 against the Oakland Raiders, but his recent stretch probably won't have you itching to use him at FantasyScore for $5,555.
