Fantasy Tip: Romo should be able to play in Week 17 after sitting out practice Wednesday, Dec. 24. Romo will be facing a Washington Redskins defense that has allowed the most points to quarterbacks in 2014, which makes Romo a starting option for owners on FantasyScore.

Fantasy Tip: Murray should be able to play in Week 17 despite the illness, but owners should continue to monitor the situation. Murray probably will be limited to mostly running plays because of his hand. Owners on FantasyScore should see Murray has a No. 1 running back.

Fantasy Tip: Murray should be able to play this week after not having any problems playing in Week 16. Owners should consider Murray as a No. 1 running back on FantasyScore even if he does not have a role in the passing game.

Fantasy Tip: Witten injured his knee in the team's Week 16 game, but it does not appear like a serious injury. Witten is coming off a solid game with 90 receiving yards and one touchdown but has also been pretty quiet for most of the season. He will be facing a Washington Redskins defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to tight ends over the past month. Owners on FantasyScore should consider Witten a low-end No. 1 tight end in Week 17.

Fantasy Tip: Romo has sat out most Wednesdays during the season, so this should not be a big concern for owners. Romo is coming off a four-touchdown performance in Week 16 and has thrown 10 touchdowns and zero interceptions in his last three games. He has a favorable matchup against the Washington Redskins and should be a No. 1 quarterback option for owners on FantasyScore at $5,555.

Fantasy Tip: Murray received 22 carries in Week 16 despite the hand injury, so he should be on the field for Week 17. Murray has scored five touchdowns in his last four games and should be considered a No. 1 running back for owners on FantasyScore this week.

Fantasy Tip: Bryant is putting the finishing touches on another stellar season, and whether a long-term deal is reached or he receives the franchise tag, it sounds like he will be the centerpiece of the Dallas passing attack next season and a high-end WR1 for fantasy owners.

Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo was removed early in the Week 16 game against the Indianapolis Colts with his team up 35-0 early in the fourth quarter. He finished 18 of 20 for 218 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions.
Fantasy Tip: Romo did plenty of damage in his three quarters for fantasy owners. Brandon Weeden replaced him and finished up the game.

Fantasy Tip: Murray had checked out of the game late in the first quarter, and he was wincing in pain. He is likely to be in and out of the lineup all day, especially if the team continues to lead. Joseph Randle and Lance Dunbar are likely to see more carries than if Murray were at 100 percent.
Sun, 21 Dec 2014 14:00:51 -0800
Fantasy Tip: The Cowboys have a 14-0 lead after 15 minutes, so the team might be holding him out as a precaution since they have a healthy lead. There is no sense risking further injury to Murray's hand. This is why it was risky playing him in FantasyScore even if he was active.
Sun, 21 Dec 2014 12:11:20 -0800
Fantasy Tip: Murray could be limited to mostly running games during the game since his injured hand likely will affect his ability to catch passes. Murray has a favorable matchup against the Indianapolis Colts this week but is a risky option on FantasyScore at $8,200.
